This place is a breakfast, brunch, lunch type of eating place. It has healthy all fruit meals, crepes, and your standard types of meals. I dont remember the name of my meal but it was just under $14. You get a lot of food for not that expensive. It is also very busy if you go early in the morning....
Quiet location, great place to go after greasy dim sum
Good froyo, bad location. Decor is a cool'n'cute thing just like the other TF's.
I love the variety of flavors and toppings.
The big gripe is the location/access. It's around the side/back on the building behind the parade. You can't see it from the street. No mall access is a huge mistake. The location basically ignores most of the bus stop, school customers.

Like Menchie’s, Tutti Frutti is a chain franchise froyo shop that offers…well…exactly the same thing as the rest. But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth checking out – oh, no. The delicious irony in the fact that each froyo shop is the same lies in the knowledge that each one can offer you exactly what you’re looking for – no more, no less. Sure, you aren’t likely to find many innovative flavours (unless ‘Tart’ is innovative), but who wants Butter Chicken-flavoured frozen yogurt, anyways? I’m happy to have a Tutti Frutti located so near to my house. I love Menchie’s and I really like Taste of Yogurt, but I’m loath to drive to Garnea
The decor and size is similar to the Southgate Mall location, with baby blue walls and five machines. However, the seating here is ample in comparison to it's Southgate Mall counterpart, and much more comfortable with both banquettes and chairs.
