I am new to Edmonton I'm from pei I have to say this bar has now became my all time favorite bar withen the city the staff is super friendly and the beers are cheap and the music is great everyone is friendly if your looking for a laid back pub and looking to make friends and are from the east coast I would strongly recommend this bar the people there are super nice meet someone new everytime I have gone there so far... food is AMAZING!!!!

If you are a true Maritimer, you know what a donair platter is. If you order a donair poutine at the Trap, get it without the gravy and ask for extra donair sauce. This is pretty damn close to a donair platter that you can get in Halifax. 👌🏼
