Soon as we walked in we noticed how clean it appeared. Warm ambiance that was nice and peaceful with pleasant music playing in the background.
There were two very polite and pleasant ladies attending to us and the other patrons.
We came especially for the #24 Sate soup. Hot and a thicker soup base which we so love. They had put onions and cilantro in the broth. Very tasty. Only negative concern was the soup base seemed a little high in sodium which is not healthy.

A very good place to eat. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and although not the best in each of the food types they serve, they are far above most single type places out there. Very good in all 3 types of foods, and I do not understand the negative comments about the hospitality here. Maybe the 40-50 times I have been here, I missed something, but find the ladies that work here very attentive, and helpful. Even the odd screw up in orders seems to be handled without problem. If you wish a change in a dish, they have always been accommodating to help me out. I love the Thai soups they have, but they are only on the menu as a small bowl, but with just an ask, a regular soup size can be had. I can say I have never had a bad meal here. Not fantastic, but just really good oriental food.

Yummy vegetarian vermicelli. Lots of veggies (I don't like it when restaurants try to pass off veggie vermicelli as just noodles with some lettuce and sprouts). Even has mushrooms and jicama (have never encountered this in vegetarian vermicelli). Fast, efficient and friendly service as well. Plus the price is right. Surprised it's not busier whenever I go.

Yum!. I went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very fresh with lots of flavor. It's a very cute and clean restaurant. Don't go if your in a rush because the service is a little slow. I will definitely go back.

Reliable, if not authentic. I've eaten here many times, spring rolls, curries, pad thai, all are good. My favourite is the beef with crisped spinach. When I want tasty Thai food close to my house, I'll certainly go here. I haven't tried the Tom Yum yet, mostly because I'm in love with the Tom Yum from Numchuck Willai.

Again, always tasty, just not the most authentic Thai food you'll find.

Great vietnamese north central. My gf and I have tried numerous vietnamese places around the city and saigon paradise is one of our favorite. It helps that its close to our place.

The vermicelli bowls are great, the pho soup is great. We haven't gone too much into the thai side but the sweet and sour chicken is good.

The prices are decent and the service is friendly and fast. They don't deliver but we will continue to dine-in and take out.

Average. Based on other reviews, we decided to try the Tom Yam soup and ginger beef. We also ordered the Pad Thai because it's usually one of my favourite dishes.
The soups we ordered were #113 (Tom Yam with chicken & coconut milk) and #111 (some kind of variation that has green papaya in it). But instead of the chicken, we were brought shrimp, #114. My wife was a little disappointed at the lack of coconut milk, but enjoyed it anyway. Mine seemed a bit spicier, and the papaya added a nice crunchy texture. The broth for both had a bit of a tomato flavour that I found unusual, and was lacking of any lemongrass taste. So while the soups were not quite what we expected, they still tasted pretty good.
I think the reason everybody raves about the ginger beef is that they cook it to the perfect crisp. It's not heavily battered, and not too chewy like some restaurants do. The sauce probably wasn't the best ginger beef sauce I've ever had, but still delicious. If only there was a bit more of it on the beef. Overall, I'd say the ginger beef is a bit overrated here, but still a great dish.
The Pad Thai was a bit of a letdown, as I had expected an authentic reproduction of what I enjoyed so much in Thailand. But of course, every chef in Thailand probably makes it a little differently, so it should still be considered authentic, it's just that I didn't like this variant as much. The chicken & egg were a bit under-proportioned, and it could have used more peanuts. Mainly what I didn't like is that the sauce was fairly bland. Didn't taste the tamarind, nor fish sauce or lime - all the main elements of the typical pad thai sauce seemed to be missing.
The service was pretty good, though there were only a few tables so it wasn't hard for one waitress to keep up. Her English was poor and I couldn't understand her reply when I asked about the free wifi sign on the door; she said something about the owner, but the answer was clearly "no". In addition to getting our soup order wrong, she also screwed up an order at another table. Other reviewers have mentioned this problem, so my advice is to be absolutely clear when ordering, by pointing at the menu item and saying both the number and name. Make sure she writes it down too - our order got "memorized" which may have been the cause of the mistake.

113 Tom yam soup was amazing!!!
49 Pan fried beef vermicelli & spring roll awesome too.

Service- not so great. Had to track down the waitress to ask for water refills and wait painfully long for the bill.

I really like this restaurant a lot. We were there on openning night & go back quite often. The Thai beef dishes are great (the finest cuts of filet mignon) but if you want to try something special, give the Pho Bo Kho (beef noodle stew) #23 a try. It is a signature Vietnamese dish among people in the know. You will be hooked but do me a favour, save some for me.
