Saigon Taste, a Vietnamese restaurant located just across from Oliver Square, contacted me last week to try them out as they have recently changed management. My meal was complimentary, but I aim to remain objective in my review. Tried the #15 spicy beef noodle bowl... yummy and filled me up quite nice for 10$.... the quality of beef was alright. Server was very attentive and fast service. Excited to give this place another try and order some other dishes.

Have been to restaurant couple of time already, spicy noodle soup and the beef stew is delicious .
The restaurant seems a lot different as how it used to be, love the place!!!

Probably the best Vietnamese in Edmonton. Lots of variety on the menu, all great tasting so far. Waitress is always very attentive and somehow comes at just the right moment during the meal.
The restaurant has nice ambience and is always neat and clean. I use Zomato all the time, this is the first place that I really wanted to leave a review for. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
This location is now operated by new owners. Amazing food. Staff is from the Saigon Flavor(50 Street) which has amazing food. I reccomend the Ginger Beef, War Wonton soup and salad rolls. Plus as always the Vietnamese Iced coffee!!
The place is newly renovated and very clean. It's a plus for Vietnamese restaurants. Special noodle soup is quite good for lunch. It's such a quite and nice spot for Oliver square area. Better than I expected.
AMAZING PHO!. Saigon Taste is amazing. the appetizers are always fresh, I've had the green onion cake, the deep fried squid (which is not greasy at all) and the deep fried wonton. The Pho is the best, probably the best pho I've had in Edmonton. The service is fast and friendly too! me and my bf come here all the time now.
Ambience. Music soothes the taste when dining in a restaurant, Vietnamese mellow music can help the terrific ambience this exclusive awesome place. Food. Mediocre, asian saltiness was not purely absent. The Tea... Yes the tea... It was terrific by far among asian cuisine I have been to.
Recommend? Yes.

I have tried a couple Vietnamese Restaurants around Edmonton, but hands down, this is the best one. Not only is the food tasteful and out of the world delicious, you will leave very satisfied. The service is amazing. Been here a couple times and the lady is very friendly and kind and knows what we prefer. Love the service, the food and the ambiance. Don't mind driving 35 minutes for this place! They did right by naming this the best Vietnamese Restaurant 3 years in the row!
This was the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to in a long time!!! Portions are huge!!! I shared with my husband and we still have food to take home for later! The staff was very accommodating and friendly!!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! Yummy!
I always have a great experience in this location. Always get a great converstaion with the owner all the time. I will always come back in your restaurant if I’m craving for favourite hue beef soup. She also gave me a free onion cake. Never finished onion cake before until now.
Cozy place to eat with your friends and family with a variety of Vietnamese cuisine. Affordable too with great ambience and excellent service ! Spring rolls and Pho are the must-try foods here. Besides the others are also really really nice. The plus side is also the restaurant is really near MacEwan and NorQuesr college for walking.
We ordered beef in satay soup, spring roll, vietnamese iced coffee. And we all loved it!!! If ill crave for asian food, this place will definitely be on my list to go. Ambience and service were plus points too!
Small yet cozy.
The dishes are filling and savoury, with just the right level of spice. The stir fry dishes, rice bowls, Vietnamese coffee, and green onion cakes are delicious.
Very accommodating with respect to allergies and food sensitivities: my friend cannot have gluten, and the kitchen has always been able to make her a delicious lemongrass dish with rice. As for me, I have a shrimp allergy, and I was able to order salad rolls without.
Have visited a few times now, and the service and hospitality have always been prompt and friendly. Convenient, downtown location close to Macewan University. Reasonable prices.

This place definitely has the best service out of all the pho restaurants I have been to. Their pho broth is super clean and delicious. Would definitely return to try out the rest of the menu. Portions are decently well sized.
