Best mulligatawny soup ever. They roast their own organic coffee. Decaffeinated coffee is Swiss Water Decaf. so its safe to drink! The servers are delightful, lively and efficient. Fabulous art and photography on walls is changed weekly. And for the single coffee addict, The Globe, The Sun , The Times Colonist and local papers are available to read as you lounge over a coffee. The egg bennies are also great.
Wow, what a great breakfast! We were visiting Courtenay and I have a thing for trying out little coffee shops/bistros for brunch. We heard that the Benny's here were the best in town and I can definitely agree with that. The hollandaise sauce was top notch and they were generous with it. My husband had a traditional breakfast and loved it as well. The eggs were perfect and the hash browns/fried potatoes were amazing.
The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy while still having ample space for patrons. Staff were friendly and efficient as well.
We had a snow storm the night before and a lot of places were closed so I'm glad we had a chance to come here. Will definitely come back when we visit again.
My absolute new fave lil Cafe. Some of the nicest staff(seriously had such fun laughing with them) and the food was phenomenal. Their Coconutty Latte is to die for! You could say, I like em a latte!! 😁 20/10 recommend!
We ordered avocado bacon eggs benedict and Montreal skillet with drip coffee. The food tastes were great and very nice atmosphere.
Toasts came with jam on a side, I forgot to ask it’s flavour (probably raspberry??), but it was very tasty, not too sweet and sour. I think it was locally made jam (not like jams you get at big chain grocery stores).
Every servers were very friendly. We enjoyed having our brunch here.

Breakfast here was really good. Great little gem. Coffee was amazing.
Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've eaten. There's really not much more to say. I ate outside so any patio gets a five, unless it's next to a pig farm in my book. Service was very good, coffee was hot and fresh. Worth a visit for breakfast.

honestly the hardest thing is deciding what you wanna eat, their menu has so many delicious options. but my personal favorite has to be their eggs Benny's. their coffee is very Ritch smooth and flavorful I always grab a cup to go.
