Bootleggers is a CSSC recommended partnership pub so headed there with the team after a game. It was all you can eat wing night for $12.99 and pitchers of Velvet Fog were on special so that was our go to. Some of the best salt and vinegar wings I've had in the city as they actually manage to get the flavour to stick instead of finding its way to the bottom of the bowl. Buckets are provided for the bones which is nice for clean-up. They charge 10 cents per wing that isn't eaten after three wings with the proceeds going to the Calgary Food Bank. A great initiative actually, as it cuts back on food waste and sees money going to a good cause.

No complaints. The food here has always been good, service is good and their specials / happy hour is great too. First game of pool is free then $2 per game after, a little steep but their other specials make up for it. "Appy hour" has $5 wings and $4 hi balls.

I work nearby and visit bootleggers often for a quick bite. I've tried most items on the menu. Strangely enough for a pub their Pub food is just adequate (wings, nachos etc) but their entrees are excellent. Steaks and burgers are really good so I often have o a steak Only ever had to return one once (over done). The salmon is probably the best dish on the menu (must have). Staff is better than average for a pub and ambience is what you'd expect for pub. The food on the other hand far exceeds pub expectations.

Went here last night for the UFC jones vs sonnen fight. Got there late and wasn't much for tables but the hostess got something for us. The server was great, very friendly. Food took a bit longer than hoped but it was busy so we were fine. Sat by the boxing game which I didn't like but other than that, had a good time and will be back .

Good fun!. Went there for the first time today for the 25 cent wings! All the flavors were good except the ones with sauces had a bit too much sauce.. there was a pool of sauce at the bottom! (ie. honey garlic, barbeque...) Doorman and servers were friendly and quick. They were good with refilling drinks and clearing our baskets.

I even enjoyed watching people sing on stage. Reminded me of some good old 80's songs I haven't listened to in a long time. Will be back!

So I'm not usually an online reviewer type guy but last night I went to bootleggers for a friends birthday. I hadn't been there before which is weird since I live fairly close. We all had a wicked time. Karaoke was packed, the host was fun...even tho I never sing it was still fun. Service was good, food was great too even tjo we only had app's. Definatly will go back!

Met some buddies there for the first time last night and really enjoyed ourselves. Was wing night so went to town on their supply. They have pages of different flavors to choose from. Food and service was quite good. Waitresses were friendly and attractive. Will go back.

Some new stuff.... Went down to Bootleggers the other day (Tuesday) and there was a new menu from the last time that I was there. I had a few bad experiences a couple of years ago and havent been back in a while. The place still looks the same but the food was better, worth stopping in for the half price pizza, it wass like $7.00 dollars for a fair sized pizza

Newly renovated. Great Place for wings. They have great deals like 10 dollars for all you can eat wings on certain nights. I enjoyed being there. The pool tables are small and they only have two but they have a lot of tvs to make up for it and makes the wait easier. The only thing I didn't like was that the wings weren't mixed in the sauce and were dry cause of it, they weren't cheap by not putting enough sauce but it was all spilled on one section and the rest would be dry. They should fix that and its a great experience.
