This is absolutely one of my favourite lunch spots in downtown Calgary! The med salad is unbelievable (and trust me, it's not just some boring salad!). The service is consistently very fast, and everyone I have ever dealt with has been unbelievably friendly. Must-have!
Delicious!! Super fresh. Best bacon ever. Great service. Will be back over and over and over again. Had the daily special a BLT with avocado. Highly recommend.
Tasty and simple, with legit ingredients. Such a simple promise, made by many - yet, so, so hard to find in a city where people won't eat in a restaurant unless they've seen it on a commercial or if its related to Earls (not that I don't like Earls!). I had the Shaved Sirloin for $9.95. The meat was warm, tender and delicious. The dijon aioli added a nice kick. And the bread was soft. The sandwich was what'd I call "medium sized". Can you get a larger steak sandwich for less spend elsewhere? You bet, along with steak-flavoured turkey-meat and a Star Wars cup. B&B is a nice flavour-change to the established chains and dozens of nondescript mom and pop sandwich/wrap joints littered throughout the plus 15s (sorry, you can't add bean sprouts to your sandwich here). I'll be back, and next time will add the soup for a more "full" feeling. Finally, not that style should matter much when you're on a grab-n-go lunch mission, but the place definitely has it.
This sandwich specialty shop is located in bow valley square, and one of my favourite cafe options. Their ingredients have always been fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully. My favourite options actually tend to be the market specials, which frequently change. The last sandwich I tried was a bacon avocado one, which was by far my personal favourite, and one that I hope to see on the regular menu! The bacon was generous in size, and cooked to perfection with a beautiful glaze on top that just made it seem like it was melting in your mouth. The strong flavour of meat was balanced well with the texture of fresh avocados and the butcher's aioli. Definitely a must try!
Delicious sandwiches! Enjoying the pork belly right now-it's just a little storefront(right next to Township Bar and Grill) in Bow Valley Square so it might be easy to miss-the bread is amazing; don't miss their breakfast sandwiches only served until 10AM!

Get in my (pork) belly!. I first heard about this place from a friend and after stalking their Instagram, I knew I had to try it. Really enjoyed it and had it twice during a ten day visit to the city.. A grab and go counter downtown with only a few seats in the hall, the small menu still had me raving!
Pork belly sandwich was the star for me. Crisp but thick, the perfectly salty pork worked so well with the creamy but crunchy apple and fennel slaw, tomatoes and a garlicky aioli. Very messy but the bread held up and it was well worth it. Their house made chips added that extra crunch you crave with a sandwich. And their pressed orange and carrot juice is the perfect companion to wash it all down.
Second visit I went for the shaved sirloin. Very generous portion of meat with quite a strong horseradish sauce. The lesser of the two, in my opinion, but if you're into a lot of meat this is the one.
Coffee and tea were good and cheaper than a Tim's. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly enough and food was quick. Prices were very reasonable. Love this place and will definitely be returning on my next visit.
Really enjoyed the Mediterranean salad with pulled chicken. Definitely will be back!
Outstanding. Had the prime rib sandwich. Mind-blowing.
