Families and friends gathered for a early morning Dim Sum at BobbyChao’s on a rainy day .☔️
Servers were friendly and greetings with a WoW welcome .. 😃👏🏼Food was tasty and hot ...😋🥟
I wish they add more items to their dim sum menu .. My favourite Taro meat balls was not the list too bad... Overall food was delicious and very good service...👌🏼
If you're ever in the NW definitely try out Bobby Chao's. We came here for dim sum and was impressed by the variety of items they had to offer. We ordered the 1) Bobby Chao Peanut Dumplings (generous filling of meat and peanuts). With the peanut dumplings you can really taste the essence of the peanuts. 2) Seafood dumplings (unique wrapping presentation with a good balance of scallops and shrimp). The seafood dumplings were saucy with lots of scallop. 3)
The deep fried shrimp wontons (heavy filling of shrimp and the wontons had a golden look). These golden wontons had a nice crunch biting into it and flavor was good. 4) The beef tripe (good mix of scallions, tripe and ginger). The beef tripe was probably my least favorite as it didn't taste as fresh. 5) The bbq crepe (thicker crepe but chunks of bbq pork meat). They have a separate kitchen where they marinate the bbq pork asian style so you know it's fresh.
The dishes here are around $6 to $8 per dish but the quality and taste is worth the price paid. Now after being this full I'll probably pass out.
Can never say no to Bobby Chao’s! I live in Lebanon and trust me, I crave it but can’t fulfill my craving, it’s real torture for foodies! Their Pho soup is the best! Hits the spot! And the duck is delicious, glazed, sweet and fatty. I enjoyed everything I had there. I’m happy they are expanding and wish them even more success.
