I really like this neighbourhood spot. It’s fast cheap and the food is solid. I always get the ultimate sub for $8.50 and its a meal. Always nice and quick when you don’t have much time. The bun is fresh and the meat is tender and tasty!
This is our go to place when we just don’t feel like cooking ourselves. Vermicelli is traditional style (el dente) and super good. It’s one of the best hole-in-wall joints in Calgary. Yes, not fine dining...but great people watching in Marda Loop, lots of character.
Came here after my appointment at pepper hair haus. Got the chicken sate sub (minus cilantro and jalapeños). It was very good, chicken cooked nicely with the hot sauce. Carrots and cucumber tasted fresh. Staff were friendly. Pricing was fair.

Have ordered from this location a number of times. The food is very yummy and always consistently good. I always order the chicken Pho. The chicken is always fresh. It has a original taste compared to the other pho restaurants I have tried. Very flavourful. The order is normally ready in 5-10 min. They do deliver.
Seriously good food, great prices, and the bubble tea is wonderful. I love the special viet sub, and their soup is the only thing I'll eat when I'm feeling sick (though I order it often when I'm well too). Salad rolls and spring rolls are fantastic too. If you find yourself in Marda Loop/Altadore, I really recommend giving this place a try.
We lived in Marda Loop for a year and it was our go to place because it's wonderful! The food is consistently great and it's not expensive. The other reviewers are obviously looking for fine dining from a hole in the wall viet place. I specifically recommend their satay pho soup, very very tasty every time!
Awesome. Great food, exceptional staff. We are repeat customers and they remember our names and our orders even if months go by and we haven't visited.
Great Party Options. Get them to make you a party platter for those last minute parties. A few spring rolls and salad rolls are always a hit! I love this place and urge everyone in the community to help keep this place running. Excellent food and great friendly service.
Not too sure about the laundromat in the back but the subs are good. Tiny little place tucked away in the small shops in Marda Loop is a fun place. This was my first visit but I WILL go back. Had the Chicken Sate sub and enjoyed every bite. Fresh Jalapeno, Carrot and onion with a nice smoky peanut sauce. The bun was not as crispy as most V-subs but still was very fresh with a nice texture. The two ladies working were friendly and efficient. Like I said, I WILL go back!
Delicious!. Tried the salad rolls and subs at this place, both are delicious. It's not really in my neighbourhood but will definitely go back once in a while. Really friendly service for a take out place too.
