Omg was sooo good such a good selection
Not a huge place or buffet but the main parts were there. Such good service
Will be going back for sure
The buffet is small enough to keep it fresh, big enough to try some variety. We really enjoyed the aloo gobi, veggie masala, and veggie pakora. Great naan bread. Nice cosy spot.
My husband and I have been to virtually every Indian restaurant in Calgary and this so far is the best value we have experienced. We are not real buffet fans so opted for the menu. We started with pakoras which were decent but lacking salt. Gave this feedback to our server and she was very appreciative that we said something. We also ordered some naan, Palak Paneer and the Muglai Kofta, along with the Peas Pilau. The food came out piping hot and so delicious! The service was very friendly as well. This is a hidden gem that is off the beaten path of downtown. I would highly recommend it!
This past Valentine’s Day we wanted to desperately avoid overpriced and rushed restaurant seating; plus, with so much socializing, my husband and I just wanted to stay home and chill out with each other, watching movies. We really wanted Indian food(and weirdly enough, the night before we both dreamed of eating Indian food, which was quite bizarre). But what are you supposed to do when you just don’t want to leave the house(or even, put on pants?)
We've been coming here consistently for years and love both the takeout and in-dining service and food. There are approximately 20 hot and cold buffet options to choose from and the à la carte menu is even larger. The naan bread is cooked perfectly every time as is our favourite dish, the curried lamb (yum!). It used to be a little chilly in the restaurant, however, they've recently renovated and now it's nice and cozy with an updated look and delicious aromas that greet you at the entrance. The staff remember us and are always friendly and welcoming!
I went here a few weeks ago with my dad. The place isn't much to look at but it's clean.
We opted for the buffet which looks small but there is actually a fair amount to choose from. I'm a vegetarian and there was enough selection to please me. The quality was good and it tasted fresh. I tasted the butter chicken sauce and thought it was one of the better ones. The naan was on par although not my favorite but decent.
Service wise they were friendly and attentive with removing the plates and refilling the water.
All said and done it was about $35 for 2. The value was there, I'd go back again if I was in that area.
Pandy. Awesome food and great service also.went so many indian restaurants in calgary but this place is the best one.
I'm a food snob and don't necessarily opt for Indian, but this place is delicious! Great buffet and best naan bread I've ever had! Highly recommended.
Nom Nom!. One of the best Indian buffets in town! A decent variety of dishes and fresh naan for $15! Can't wait to go back!
Yum. Went for the lunch buffet. It was super busy due to the holidays; lots of companies going out for Christmas lunch apparently.
They kept running out of plates, but people didn't have to wait long for them to bring new ones. The Beef Vindaloo was flavorful, but was more medium spicy (I love really spicy food). Butter chicken was decent. A bit on the tomato side of flavor. Naan bread was fairly fresh and plentiful.
Decent food for a decent price.
