The girls wanted to eat something light and fresh after a lil yoga in the park. They settled on Seed N Salt so we headed over on a holiday Monday for a late lunch. We dropped in around 1:15pm. The place was bustling with a steady line of hungry people. Lots of room to sit outside on their patio!. It’s right next door to Shokunin.
It is nice to have a restaurant that offers all healthy choices that pop with lots of flavour. I enjoyed the Glory bowl which boasts farro, pomegranates seeds, beets, tahini dressing and other ingredients making this bowl full of earthy flavours. I added on the blackened chicken for my protein which was tasty but I wouldn't describe it as blackened unless they didn't give me the blackened by mistake.
There are several choices for salads, bowls, smoothies and smoothie bowls. The Betty smoothie is delicious! They also serve lattes, etc and alcohol which is a nice touch to any inviting restaurant. I highly recommend this place and I plan on returning again!
Only suggestion is that they ensure the husks from the corn are completely removed before serving the corn which is in the Tulum bowl.
Ordered the Tangled Thai bowl with roasted chicken here a few days ago for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! It's nice to see more places offering healthier options pop up around town. The atmosphere was great, and the open concept of the restaurant was very inviting. I had made it for the lunch time rush, so service was a bit slow even with the large amount of workers they had. Regardless, staff was very friendly and I'll definitely be visiting again!
It's half a block from home, so a place to grab a quick dinner on the way home, Had a make your own, did a spinach salad style with the added protein of Feta and Hard boiled egg. I have known Adam the head chef for a few years, he will make the women who own this place proud. Nice addition to fourth street.
Like belly filling salads? Full of FRESH ingredients and tasty? Look no further! I like a big meal at supper and I could barely finish my salad! My wife introduced me to this restaurant. Tonite I had the Farmhouse Cobb with roasted chicken. There were huge pieces of white chicken, cooked perfectly. Bacon bits were pieces, delicious and the leafy items were fresh and crisp. Tomatoes, corn and a cooked/sliced egg filled it in. Totally awesome, you watch them make YOUR customized salad! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
One of my favourite places to go in the summer and spring for a fresh, feel good meal! The patio is so nice to just have lunch on! The Hulk smoothie and the Power box are my go to! Such a cute aesthetic interior space!
Love this spot. Definitely pricey but you get high quality and fresh food. The atmosphere is very chill, service is great and quick, and the restaurant is very clean. Would recommend for those looking for nutrient packed meals!
Amazing. I had a bit of sticker shock when I first ordered here because the price of the juice wasn’t listed and I was not paying attention so my bill for a juice and salad ended up being over $30.00. But I really wanted to try Stoke juice and actually, it was worth the $10.00. I
The salads on their own are reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. There is definitely a lot of care and attention put into the selection.

Very healthy food done unusually well. We enjoyed our custom bowls very much. If you have any dietary restrictions it can be hard to get a safe meal out, but the friendly and well informed staff patiently helped us choose 2 delicious meals: one low sodium, and one for food sensitivities.
Great location, place is nice and bright. Lots of seating, but busy. Well organized and efficient service. I like their system, you order your food, find a table ( if there is any), they call you when your food is ready and you pay. You order your drinks separately and get your own cutlery. We all liked the food as it's healthy and local. They have many choices. Pleasant staff.
I would go again but when it's less busy.
We picked up salad from here. We took Tulum and coconut curry bowl. Both were delicious and flavourful. Lots of greens, you can even make your own custom bowl. Place is a bit pricy but good fulfilling bowl. You would have to pay extra for addon proteins like chicken, tofu, eggs, etc.
