Nice enough place with efficient and helpful service. The quinoa and kale salad was brilliant but the dry ribs were quite ordinary as was the mustard and dill salmon.

I was staying at the Sandman Hotel and I ate a few times at the Moxie Bar & Grill. The service was a little slow but I told the server what my food intolerance are dairy & gluten I had very helpful tips. The food I had was great and I appreciated a chef that will accommodate to people with in tolerances and since I had breakfasts and a few dinners there.

A few of us were heading over to the U of C downtown campus to learn about their MBA program after work. We had 45 minutes to burn, so instead of hitting up the sketchy nearby McDonalds or Subway, we figured we had time for a quick bite in Moxie’s. The restaurant was pretty quiet at 4:45 on a Wednesday, so it was nice. Service was prompt and the food came out pretty quickly.

Went for a late night snack. The food was better than expected. I was impressed with their food. I really like the new salmon & avocado cobb salad they put on their menu. The turkey club sandwich was really good too. The pop was really watered down. I asked for a new one and it was still watered down. Horrible service. The server was not trained well. She was rude and not very bright.

Fish Tacos!!!. Favorite item is the fish tacos with salad. Service good. Food good. Overall really good.

I really enjoyed the food here! The service was excellent. It did take a long time to come out however it was pretty good overall. The cesar salad was really sour. It was a bit strange.

Was there the other day... up at the mbar and had a pint and their honey garlic steak.... really good... usually would go there for a steak just a rice bowl... but was deff. worth it really good. the bartender was a deff. one to look at as well as the cocktailers... but good at what they do.

Moxies: Changed for the Worse. This was MAH PLACE TO GO.
That's all changed sadly.
I used to come here on every first date. For the location and where it's at.. I've never seen it extremely busy.

Over the last year, I found that it's slipped a bit from where it used to be.
The Menu is all the same - Usually I just go with a Burger and a Bellini.

The Bellini is where it's been hit the hardest.
I used to come to this location and it used to be filled to the brim with goodness.
Now you're lucky if it even comes close to the top.

If you're going for Dinner; Get the Beef Vindaloo - It is by FAR the best thing on their menu.
Stay away from the Steaks. Been disappointed everytime.

Popped over for a business lunch. Group of six and we were separated from the rest of the restaurant which was weird but also nice. Everyone enjoyed their meals except me. I got the blacken chicken burger and was disappointed. I asked for pickles on it and did not get them. It was also mostly bun with very little chicken breast. Had a weird sauce on it which was off tasting. Nothing spectacular. Once I took the tomato off it was next to nothing buy bun. And for over 20 bucks was very disappointed. Waitress was amazing however. She was friendly and funny.

Great atmosphere, kind and caring staff, food came quickly and was perfect to taste, steak was a true medium rare. Unsure of our servers name however she made us feel right at home

I loved the classic breakfast at Moxies. Good sized portions. We had the best service by Maggie. She was professional and fast. Also a delightful to chat with. It's a convenient location and an entrance to the Sandman hotel.

Just stopped in for drinks. Was seated quickly, service was great. Drinks were really good. I had a ginger drink loved the strong ginger taste. We were married here in upstairs part 16 years ago. It's been renovated but looks better. Lots of seating. Was only place open on a Sunday. Will be back!
