Great little restaurant under new ownership! I had gone here before and been sorely disappointed, only recently I decided to give it another go! It's a charming family run business with excellent food at good value, all with the home cooked style. Good coffee and great service.
The place is cleaned up and the renos really paid off! The inside is modern and very cute now, as opposed to the duct taped seats before.

As of February 2016 New Owners! The place is clean now! Same menu of classic Diner foods, The Truckers Breakfast stays at the same cheap price and even the Frieghtliner remains but the duct tape on the seats is gone. Its my go to breakkie place, The Big 6 is BACK!!!!

Reminds me of Bons off Broadway. Grimey hole in the wall but the best bang for your buck guaranteed. If you don't mind the Chinese family yelling at each other in their mother tongue behind you,give it a go. Worth the 10bux in your pocket!

I stopped in for a quick breakfast while on my summer cheap eats breakfast tour. Two eggs, cooked over easy with two slices of bacon and pan fried potatoes. Breakfast - simple and beautiful. Nothing fancy, just exactly what you would expect from a greasy spoon restaurant. Recommended and I will return.

Big breakfast throwback. This lovely hole in the wall has definitely carved itself a slice of history as a neighbourhood go to for cheap breakfast eats and other meals throughout the day aren't too shabby at all. if u have yet to come here, u are missing out my friend.

GREASED LIGHTNING. Here's where I go for cheaper than cheap greasy spoon Trucker's Breakfast when I'm in a hurry but I don't feel like choking down any McDonald's garbage. The quality of the food isn't exactly anything to rave about but it comes lightning quick & it does the trick. They open quite early too which is convenient for me.

Great housemade French fries right out of a potato. The soups are made fresh daily and always good. You might have to wait for a coffee refil if they're busy but the staff is always friendly. They have a giant daily specials board for discounts on already cheap food. It's a good cheap diner!

Trucker's Special Breakfast. We go here occassionally for the Trucker's Special - 2 eggs, toast, sausage or bacon and homemade hashbrowns for $3.85.

Family run, great value.
