Dessert Dynasty is my favourite childhood bubble tea shop. I used to always come here to get their Mango Slush with pearls. This is the only place I order bubble tea with pearls (I know!). Their pearls are always perfectly cooked with a slight sweetness. I was really craving it one weekend so I made it all the way out to Metrotown to get this!

I buy bubble tea here when I shop at metrotown and the service is ok. Red Bean drink and bubble waffle are my favorite combo. I tried Black Sesame bubble waffle and would choose the regular BW.

My go to place for bubble tea...green apple green tea slush with coconut jelly to be exact...when I'm at Metrotown. I have only been disappointment once when they made it taste too bitter but other then that one time they have been consistent. We sometimes order there bubble waffles but they don't taste good as the one from Bubble Waffle Cafe at Aberdeen in Richmond. They have ok shark fine soup as well.

Bubble Waffle and bubble tea. Best bubble waffle in town. Fast service and good selection of bubble teas. That's my favorite place after shopping in Metro town.

Nice presentation. Bubble waffle is crispy and soft inside, just like it used to be in Hong Kong.

A good place I like to go to is Dessert Dynasty which is located just next to T&T Supermarket. What I like about them is that they accept credit cards and there’s no minimum charge!!! Their drinks taste great too. The pearls are sweetened!
