This Starbucks location is my go-to coffee place! Their drinks are consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. I love the wide variety of options and the convenient locations. A coffee lover's paradise!

Stewart and Violet are amazing! I tried the mocha cookie crumble upon Stewart’s request and we even got 2 free cake pops to go! As they were closing! Awesome customer service and very friendly! Six stars if I could!

Great staff, pet friendly! We visited with our outdoorsy kitty. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This being our kitty's first cafe experience, it couldn't have gone any better..the pup cup was a hit with her!

Well, this particular location is not really nice. If you are in customer service please listen to your clients orders. Every time I stop by at this place they never get my coffee right. Always doing something and rarely listen. I love Starbucks and I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. It is sad to say that the quality of customer service at some location is very poor.

I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Some of the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.

Clean and friendly. Update, for all the pull up and run in, there is a by law officer waiting around the corner to issue $120 parking tickets. Needless to say, I drive by it now instead of stopping in if there is no place to park. The City of Burlington should rethink their parking program as it only cost the business a loss of business. Not Smart thinking.

Noisy and pleasant experience. Staff such as Sabby were fast and friendly. It was busy but they got my order first and right the first time. I couldn't ask for more. Store has a good layout and is usually busy with school kids but it wasn't rowdy. Loud enough to be upbeat but not too loud that you can't hear yourself think. Food and drink was spot on. For a small location its got good outdoor and indoor seating though accessibility is a bit tight. Parking is across the street and possibly behind the building, west and east of Brant.

Great location! Was visiting Burlington for a competition at the Performing Art Centre. The staff were very friendly, patient, and welcoming. They double checked my order to make sure they got it right. The baristas have friendly banter that you as the customer just want to be a part of.

Beautiful morning for a walk along the beach... Finished up with coffee and pup cup‼️ Happy Labour Day weekend. Coffee was great! Pup cup didn't disappoint. Staff was great, no line up, yay!
