Very happy 👍🏽 food is consistent with all other Jack Astor’s locations. The Murphy’s stout is cold and crisp. Staff was friendly and the place is clean. I’m a fan and will return to this chain again and again.
Theirs mocktail and steak are so tasty. And servers are very friendly as well. Overview is a good experience for dinner in nice environment.
I took my mom out to lunch here and we enjoyed it! We decided to order apps and split it. We ordered the cheese soup, crab and lobster dip, Fries and garlic dip and the calamari. The cheese soup was amazing and I would definitely order it again. Crab and lobster dip was good but didn't wow me. I think it needed more crab and lobster. I want a fan of the fries and garlic dip but my mom loved it. The calamari was very good! It had onions and peppers mixed in too which we liked.
There is ample parking as it shares parking with a few other restaurants on site. They have one way traffic inside the restaurant and the waiters wear masks and goggles. You do have to do contact tracing and menu through QR code but if you don't want to or can't, they offer paper menus. If you are worried about covid, I would say this restaurant is very safe.
Any time I’ve been to this location of Jack Astor’s I’ve sat in the bar area. The regular bartender Danny is absolutely outstanding! His service is impeccable. He always greets you with a smile and engages you in great conversation. He never leaves you waiting long to order and once he meets you once, won’t forget your name. My experience with the rest of the staff over the years has been nothing but positive as well. It seems like they do a great job hiring individuals who do their jobs very well and treat their customers with excellence. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

My wife and I had an incredible time at Jacks as per usual. Allie was the perfect waitress! She greeted us with a smile and had great energy through the evening and our glass was always full. The meal was spectacular. Nachos covered with a double order of chicken fingers sauced in honey garlic! The kitchen is always accommodating to our unusual request. We will definitely be back. Food was pretty decent. First time there so had no expectations. The nachos were large. The garlic bread was fluffy and tasty. My wife got the Mexican bowl which was light and flavorful and I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. The blue cheese dressing they used was very bland and commercial. The service wasn't the best and had to ask to get refills.
