We frequent Boston pizza tons in the summer ! ( In Sherkston ) there is absolutely no comparison to the Burlington location !!! The service was amazing ( one of the best waitress I've ever had , totally wish I had got her name ) and the food was great !!! They were so accommodating for a large group with children celebrating a Birthday !!! Can't wait to go back and find out my waitresses name. Thanks for a great night!!!
prompt service, excellent meals, reasonable wait time for the meals to be cooked, lovely staff. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely come back!! My siblings and nieces and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience, every detail was met with effortless efficiency. Thanks again!!
Went in for farewell lunch for last day of colleague ,
Ordered Mediterranean Vegetarian Linguini which tasted amazing . They said its spicy but didn't felt it was at all.
Place was open and alot of sitting area, had to wait 15-20 mins for the order to come . Overall good experience.

Went here yesterday with my daughters, brother in law and niece and nephew. They were up from Pittsburgh for the holidays and they like plain pizza.
Atmosphere- All Boston pizzas are large with a ton of television screens all with sports playing non stop. Today was no exception. Hockey. this made my nephew happy because he is a sports fanatic. I prefer smaller places where talking is the main event at a meal.
Food- My side ordered: 1)Ham and pineapple pizza with extra cheese- There was too much crust . Luckily we ordered the garlic ( very good), and ranch ( good) dipping sauces. they give you a large amount of it so do not order two. 2) bbq chicken pizza on thin crust pizza- I preferred this pizza to the other one. great flavour and a lot of chicken and sauce. 3) , spicy Thai bites- We always like the taste of these. Just a hint of spice and great flavour. The other side ordered the plain cheese pizza- Once again- Too much crust. Taste is ok but they really need to get sauce and topping closer to the side of pizza. For dessert- The panookie- My family loves this one. A hot chocolate chip cookie ( great size for sharing) with ice cream. - This Boston pizza did it just the way we like it.
Service- I read previous reviews and all said service was great. . I did not find this to be the case last night. Our waitress took the order then brought out drinks and food. Once we had those we were forgotten for the rest of the meal. No offer to refill glasses 9 which were much needed. When we finished the meal she did not ask us if we wanted dessert. Se had the bill ready. We had to ask for the panookie ( which is by the way our reason for picking this place ). We had dirty dishes in front of us the whole meal. My brother in law and myself had to ask for more pop and water to go with the cookie. Not good service at all. This would be kind of excused if the place was crawling with customers but that was not even close to being true. The place was practically empty. The one thing to note was she smiled extra sweetly to my brother in law and me when she handed us our bills, I guess that is how she gets her tips and not by the quality of service she provides.
Impression- If my girls are craving a panookie I will travel to the Hamilton Upper James location than go back to this one.
Good meal late afternoon when we went in so it was pretty empty. Our waitress was great and went the extra mile. Knives could have been a little sharper. Great lunch!
The service was very good, even tho I had ordered a full rack of ribs because they were cold. They immediately replaced them and were kind enough to remove the ribs from my bill.

Our waitresses/bartender was outstanding.
Took our kids for dinner on Sat night to take advantage of the "kids eat free" promo for March. The service was fantastic and food really nice and so reasonably priced. Will for sure return to this location based on service alone we felt very well looked after.
My only complaint would be the disabled parking. There was very few disabled spots shared for Boston pizza and the Keg. It was busy so they were all taken. Plus the cars in those spots blocked the ramp up to the sidewalk from the parking lot so this proved very difficult to get my husband out the car before pulling into a parking spot then having to get assistance to bump him up the curb. Very dissapointing. I brought this to the managers attention and she was extremely empathetic and very apologetic. Hopefully the property management can make some improvements on this. Other than that tho this was a good Boston Pizza.
One word Emma... greeted at the door by her , we were a party of 5 coming in right at lunch hour. She came and got our drink orders and throughout our meal our glasses were never empty. She then came and took our food orders and got our order perfect( didn't write anything down and we had all sorts of special plus's and minus's to our menu items) Food came out hot, fast and tasty and she came to the table several times to make sure our meal was ok. Then when it was time to leave, right there with the machine and we were on our way. Hats off to the entire place, staffing is short and all seemed to chip in and make our dinning experience a good one..
Clean location. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it took about 20 mins for someone to even come by to ask for drinks. It wasn't busy, either, maybe 10 people.
I was disappointed when my salad came with canned pineapple pieces (I was really looking forward to fresh, lol), but was OK otherwise.
