Antonio's Restaurant is a rather nondescript restaurant. Yes, it is on South Fraser Way, but it never seems to have many customers, which is surprising because it has what is probably the best Italian food that ever I have tasted. The dishes are quite unique, with the minestrone being like a garden of vegetables with spaghetti noodles, and other things like the linguini with ham and artichoke. It isn't cheap, but it isn't gouging for Italian food either. Oh, and you'll enjoy the bread, too.

It was slightly alarming to see a nearly empty dinner service at Antonio's, being that it was our first time. However, we were on the hunt for some good authentic Italian food so we took a seat and ordered. The complimentary bread took half an hour to make its appearance and the entrees took over an hour and a half. It was strange that a near empty dinner service would take slightly under two hours to bring out our food; but we can only assume that there was only one working chef. Although the waiting time is awful, the food was pleasantly flavorful. I ordered the seafood fettuccine and it wasn't bland at all - which actually surprised me. It was delicious! If you are a patient person then I'd definitely recommend this place. If you are starving and likely to throw a fit for a long wait time ... I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
AWESOME!. This is by far my favourite Italian restaurant in the city. The deep fried marinara is just fantastic. The food is exceptional all around and my wife and I are frequent customers. The dining room is a small romantic setting and there is quite often very few people in it due to lack of advertising. They moved to Abbotsford from Mission quite some time ago and I haven't seen any form of Advertising from them. Great place to eat!
Excellent food in a nice atmosphere. The prices a slightly high, but not unreasonable. The staff is friendly and service is the perfect level of attentiveness without being overbearing. A definite recommendation for those looking for a good Italian restaurant.

We come up to Abbotsford twice a year to visit my 92 year old mother and we take her our for her birthday dinner here. Great food for a good price. Nice intimate atmosphere.
Small, intimate Italian restaurant in central Abbotsford. Excellent food and great, unobtrusive service. One of the best Caesar salads I've ever had.
I have been here a handful of times and it's always been wonderful. Amazing gnocchi dishes and baked tortellini. Take out and in restaurant both have been great.
