The special chow mein are to die for and the dumplings <3 If you're looking for authentic and delicious Chinese food, this is the place period.

First time ordering because I have just moved into the Osborne area, very convenient location to pick up take away. Good and affordable price, food was ready and on time, picked up within 30min of placing order. Lovely place, look foward to ordering again.
Jade Inn has been our go-to Chinese food restaurant for DECADES! There have been three different owners over the years and it has always been consistently great food at a fair price. Portions are generous and satisfying. Don't expect fancy or over-prepared, it's the food they work hard on, the takeout shopfront is plain but CLEAN. I'd recommend it to anybody.
I have been ordering from here for years. Will not order from anyone else. Reasonably priced and great tasting food. My favorite is the Cantonese style thin noodle chow mien. The breaded shrimp always tastes fresh.The portions are very generous. If you haven't tried it,you don't know what you are missing

Favourite guilty pleasure take-out place!! Always order dinner for 3. Simple, delish, prompt. Hot on arrival. Gets us full with leftovers. Nothing special for food snobs.
Plain fried rice tasted rotten or sour, chow mein was bland and soggy. Crispy deep fried tofu was a highlight but still middling. Black bean shrimp was fine, but would be underwhelming even at a food court. Money poorly spent.
