On April 29th 2013 my wife and I and our immediate family celebrated our 25th anniversary here at the Met. We gave CanadInns a heads up that it was a special dinner and the staff delivered. We were lucky as it was a Monday and I guess the place was getting ready for a huge private event the next night in the main theatre area so we happened to be the only party there! The staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were served a complimentary bottle of some amazing champagne. The meals were awesome except for a minor issue with one of which the staff more than addressed with satisfactory options. Another highlight of the place that all Winnipeggers must witness is the place itself! The restored opulence of the theatre is almost breath-taking. Commend CanadInns for bring this beautiful theatre back to its glory days with a modern day transformation and usefulness. Thanks again CanadInns staff.

Last night we held my 30th high school reunion dinner in your facility and our group had a fabulous time. The staff were phenomenal and I loved the place cards - that was a lifesaver because I ran out of time to make nametags so it was super helpful for some of the girls who hadn't seen each other in 30 years, very classy. The food was awesome, and everyone loved the facility. We started off on the patio which everyone was so impressed with - some girls had not been back to Winnipeg for quite some time so they really enjoyed it. Your staff - "our three men" - were superb and made us feel like rockstars. I really can't say enough good things about the evening - please make sure to pass on my gratitude to all your staff. Went today for Mothers day brunch. Very nice and a great variety of breakfast and lunch items. Live singer with piano. Very enjoyable. Good bus route and city parking. Also have a great roof top patio.

Attended a function at this venue and I was very impressed. Everyone from the coat check to the bartenders and servers are very professional. Food at the buffet were prepared perfectly. The roast beef was very tender and juicy and that was not often found in any buffet. Two thumbs up!

I am amazed at how professional,yet personal the staff is towards the clientele. Wonderful experience! Janet went out of her way to make our evening perfect. We will be going back again. With more people. In February and possibly other dates as well. Beautiful evening and experience. Thank you Janet and staff!!!

Lovely venue, beautiful architecture. Served a nice casual meal. Chairs are a little uncomfortable for a 2 hour show.
