Took my son here for his birthday today, the food was good but even more impressive was our service! Renee absolutely went above and beyond, I don’t normally write many reviews online but she deserves to be recognized for that level of service! We definitely will be back!
Believe it or not this is my fav spot for a burger & fries! Patty is big & juicy & fries are great. Wish they would bring back the 'garlic' fries! Managers have been accommodating switching to a different dessert than what is shown on the Delivery Menu. I always have delivery so can't speak about restaurant service. Appreciate fact their takeout containers are 100% recyclable!
Wow, 56%!? I dont kno how the score is so low, maybe only the ppl who dont like this restaurant are reviewing it. I literally come here about 2x a month. I get either the oriental chicken salad, the chicken wonton appetizers, the ribs or the orange chicken bowl. I have never, EVER had bad service or bad food and i have been coming here either to eat in or take out for about a decade. The prices r reasonable, the staff is always friendly & like I said the food is great!
Consistant food and excellent service. Fair selection of "value" meals and a great food/drink menu. Something fo everyone.
It's decent for an Applebee's. Not too bad I must say. If dining at Grant Park mall is not your cup of tea, Applebees is a feasible and reasonable option. Their portions are huge, prices are reasonable, I've always gotten consistent service there.
Their pasta is pretty good, my favourite from theirs is the cajun shrimp one. It's got the right amount of spice. Their mozzarella sticks are average and their cocktails are as well. They serve dishes like riblets and steaks, all at "expected" prices of a chain restaurant.
They also have that 2 for $25 deal going on: 2 entrees and an appetizer. Pretty good I must say, if you want a cheap date.
Love it!. The salads here are awesome, also the steak and potatoes from the 9.99 menu is delicious. ribs and chicken fingers are great too! my boyfriend loves the orange chicken bowl. the only the that i was disappointed with was the sliders. i ordered the sliders with soup, and although they were good there wasn't enough to even fill me up (and i'm not a big eater.) i haven't had bad service here, and its one of our favorite restaurants to come to
Amazing service, very welcoming. Super nice with our order details. Just forgot to bring a coke once. Food was nice, subtle but fulfilling. Got chicken shrimp, chicken veggies, beyondmeat burger.
Got seated right away. Ordered long island. It was awful. Drank it anyway. No biggie. Next I got a spiced rum & coke. It was good. Had steak for my entrée and it was amazing.
Really enjoyed my night here... The food and drinks were amazing and very reasonably priced! ... We had a server called Dee and she was fantastic. She tended to all of our needs. She was very attentive and anything we needed she was there.

Great restaurant.
We chose to eat here after a movie. Our waitress Jackie made the experience very proud pleasant. I tried the wonton chicken taco appetizer. It was awesome. My friend enjoyed a ‘decadent’ choc milkshake and was equally pleased.
Had a good burger with fries. Wife had chicken with a cheese pasta that she didn't like very much. They offered to replace it which we passed on, we didn't want to waste any more food. Instead, they just removed it all together from our bill. Appreciate it. Mel was a great server. Cheers to the staff.
Our experience here was awesome! Our server was super attentive and friendly, the food was fast, hot, and tasted great, and the drinks were really affordable. We went to celebrate a graduation and all the staff signed a card and gave it to us with a coupon inside for our next visit! They went above and beyond. Will definitely be back.
