Definitely on the pricey side, but there's a lot to choose from. To me, it seemed like a typical pricey restaurant. Nothing unique or horrible, in my opinion. The service here is very good though.
I came in here grumpy as all get out. I needed a place to sit and eat and drink beer away from the job site, and milestones didnt disapoint. The place was quiet enough for me to get some work done while i ate. I had the "trio" which was quite good, two turkey sliders, a ceasar salad and cup of wild mushroom soup. And of course, a LOT of stella artois. But the beer had nothing to do with my review. The service was good, i wasnt bothered comstantly but i also didnt have to wait for anything. And the atmosphere was good, the place was busy enough and music not so loud as to leave me permanently deaf. Sure i had to endure a room filled with hipsters and top knots. But the stella helped with that tremendously. I may have come into this place a grumpy old man. But i left, a slightly drunk and well fed 32 year old, like my mom raised me to be. Cheers!
Decent food, similar to their other locations, reasonably priced for Whistler.
Fantastic all round bisto. Great for families, couples and everything in between. Terrific menu and wine list.
During summer, patio is nice, drinks are cool and service is good.

This was a fairly late lunch at 1PM (lifts close at 3), so I wasn't sure if I was going to go back up the mountain. I decided on ordering two dishes anyway - the new pear and coconut pancakes, and a prime rib beef dip with Caesar Salad. Most of my friends got a mix of different brunch and lunch items like California Shrimp Bennies, and Burgers. I started eating my coconut and pear pancake first, because well, it came a few seconds before my beef dip. The pancake was really sweet, and came topped with sauteed pears, and a lime mascarpone cream and vanilla syrup on top. I think the coconut was mostly part of the pancake batter itself which was a bit cakier than a regular pancake. It was delicious though, and I loved the swe
