I always have a great experience when I come here. Staff has always been very polite and professional without losing that human side. My business feels appreciated. Much respect to All of the staff. It is a very tough job.

Staff were working hard and everything was what you expect from Subway but one of foot long sandwiches I got (out of three) was meatball which the meat was a bit tough like any meat that has been through microwave oven little longer than usuall.
I walk up here every so often, the atmosphere is great and the food is as good as Subway can get. Odie, one of the workers, always has a smile on his face and chatters away with you while you make his sandwich, he even remembers my order. 5 stars for the restaurant and 6 for Odie!
This subways was packed at lunch time and only one staff. She did the best she could I thought it was funny how long the line was and people would leave after waiting so long but I stuck in the line and got two sandwiches and they were made good

The best place to grab a quick lunch sandwich. Such professional and accomodating staff!! The sandwiches taste better every time i go there… this place deserves more recognition!!! 5 stars for the amazing staff and 6 for the foood!!!!!
I can't believe how great the experience at Subway on Headland Dr/Caulfeild in West Van I just had. Odi is such a good guy! He chatted me up about my business/shirt logo, and was so friendly and professional at the same time. He stands out from other restaurant service workers so much. Going far out of my way was worth it. Thanks for the great chat Odi!
