A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am & there was a bit of a line. The lady who took my order & the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Another worker also gave each person waiting for their drinks a cookie - I waited around 10mins for my tall caramel frap!
I just grabbed a take out. I asked for no egg. They forgot. Not a big deal. It was a morning so it’s understandable. The food tasted good and my iced tea was excellent!
The staff here are so sweet and kind. They were so careful with my allergies, they took such great precautions. Thank you!
If you haven't tried iced black tea with apple juice, you gotta try it! It's great!
This is a fairly standard Starbucks but should honestly be a larger location. The tight ordering area and the even tighter pickup area is challenging at virtually any time. The staff are always friendly and drinks are well made but for some reason it is on the slower side. The seating area is also quite some but common amongst other downtown, central locations.
Other than the location at Parkside and Weber the staff at the other Starbucks we go to are awesome.
Ordering a customized order was easy, relatively quick, and the store is always clean and very welcoming. I like the layout of the store, especially and it’s great location to take a little break at and relax.
As someone who usually prefers Tim Hortons, I must say that Starbucks is a pretty decent option too. While it may be a bit expensive for some, I find their drinks and snacks quite enjoyable. What's even better is the exceptional customer service provided by the baristas. In particular, I had a great experience at one of their locations where a girl named from A (Indian) greeted every customer with a smile and made sure to cater to their needs. Although I may not visit Starbucks as often, I would definitely consider giving it another try in the future.

I was having a really bad day today and came into the store obviously upset, the sweet blonde cashier working in the afternoon today made my day. She was so kind and totally flipped my day around. Thank you ❤️
