I've been here a couple of times, and the food has always been spectacular. All the dishes are so flavourful and well thought-out. It's not just "here's some meat and potatoes", each dish has so many components and textures for you to create different combinations for each bite. For fine dining, the portions are also quite generous.
Service is also amazing. For example, they didn't bring our dessert until we were done our cocktails. Like, as soon as we took our last sips they swooped in to take our empty glasses away and then dessert was on the table immediately after.
Speaking of cocktails, they're on the strong side here! Definitely getting your value of alcohol, although this could be seen as a fault for those who prefer sweeter drinks.

We really enjoyed our evening here. The drinks were crafted, not just made, with care. True mixologists. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to drinks.
Dinner was an adventure in fine dining. The food was well prepared, presented and flavored. Each of our meals had something to offer in variety and taste.
The service was on point and brisk. We wanted for nothing.
It wasn't cheap but I would say we got value for our money.
The place is an experience. The menu was overwhelming but our server was patient and wonderful at describing what was available. Presentation is definitely important to them and they did not disappoint. Each part of the lamb dish was an experience for my tastebuds. Truly enjoyed the changes in flavour and texture and it came together wonderfully. A great location to celebrate but be aware that the cost is substantial.
An elegant restaurant offering Southeast Asia inspired (fusion) dishes and cocktails. We ordered the venison and the Javanese gudeg, both of which had great flavours and presentation. The Javanese gudeg (jackfruit) was especially notable with its interesting texture and flavours after being slow cooked in a curry. The only downside was the service, the waiting staff forgot our napkins and a component of our dish.
A true gem in uptown Waterloo. Certainly a must try if you have not been! The design and decor of the entire space is impeccable. They have a cozy patio in the summer months if you're looking for outdoor seating. We always love sitting at the bar.
This restaurant offers nothing but quality, quality, quality- on every level. An absolutely amazing dining experience full of rich and unique flavours and such beautiful plating presentation. The cocktails are very unique and handcrafted exquisitely. The bartenders have no problem taking as much time as it needs to make your cocktail perfect. The wine list is impressive. The service is professional, accommodating and so knowledgeable.

The food is good, and the staff is very professional. Don't expect anything in a rush, they could have left something on the table to snack, but I'd probably order the apps with the main next time
The food was very delicate and rich in flavor. We got an appetizer, two mains and one dessert and it was all quite good. We expected a bit more from the meats, but all in all we enjoyed our meals and the experience overall.
