Fantastic place in the food court. NYF is my go-to for lunch when I'm working or in the area. The staff are all wonderful. Fast and friendly service every time. Really appreciate the tasty quick food when I'm in a rush. Haha and also appreciate the lack of judgment on how often I don't bring lunch to work 😅

Absolutely gem of a place! This review is seriously overdue as I have been traveling a lot, but I am glad I am able to write it now as this location fully deserves all the appreciation. I am huge poutine fan and no where else in Canada I believe one could or would find such a variety of poutines' like New York Fries serves, especially this location, their fries have been perfectly and freshly cooked everytime I've ordered and I have never been disappointed with my meal, infact once there was a long line up during a long break season and I observed with my own two eyes one of employees disposing the previously cooked cold fries and preparing a fresh batch when they could easily cut-corners at that busy time and earned the same amount of money in sales, but clearly the employee and the franchisee of this location holds ethical standards to high. Extremely delighted to see such excellent service where I am actually getting my money's worth with a smile! Thank you New York Fries! I'll surely be making a pit stop again and again as soon as I am back home from aboard! Delicious 😋🍟🌭
My favourite on the go food while shopping.Staff is friendly and helpful moreover they also suggest different food items that taste good. As always the good is on the top in terms of having it while shopping.

We were clueless as what to order when visited New York Fries store at Mayfair. The young Girl working there suggested butter chicken poutine.

If you're expecting gourmet fries then go somewhere else. This is a chain fast food fries outlet. Staff fluctuates, but I've had good experiences with food here... if I want gourmet poutine that's $12, then I go to a restaurant. For $6 poutine, this is the place.
