My girl and I are regulars at this place. The service? Outstanding. The food? Amazing. Would I recommend above all other A&Ws and fast food places? Yes. 2023 was their year. Keep up the good work guys. Your root bears in the cold bug is the best.

Counter service was fast and friendly, they take the order and bring it out to you pretty quickly. Burgers are made fresh and are always tasty. Lot of drink options but no real milk shakes here. Sides are available and they even have poutine. The eating area is neat and tidy, never had any trouble finding a seat.
Went to try the frozen root beer, ended up getting a spicy chicken sandwich with it. For fast food it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had and the root beer was so ok. Only issue with this place is that when we received our food they forgot the drink, and when I brought this up they tried to give us normal soft drives.... so I had to bring it up again. Not really sure how they pulled this off since my receipt had the frozen drinks on it and the employee could see it on their screen. At least they didn't try to argue about it but still annoying to have to wait an extra 5 minutes for machine to make my drinks.
The specific location on Douglas Street in Victoria is always very clean. I love the new blended drinks that A&W have added to their menu. Highly recommend the blended root beer sweet cream drink. I crave it all the time.

Rashim went above and beyond! She was absolutely wonderful and was very patient with us trying to decide what burger to get. And all the questions! Harmeet was also very helpful! Definitely recommend. Food was delicious too.
Good place for breakfast with free papers available. Only issue here is parking especially if you have a big truck or RV. Staff seems to be friendly. Coffee refills available.
If you haven’t tried the Ringer Burger you are missing out on one of the best burgers ever. It actually looks like the picture that advertises it. It does have bbq sauce on it, so if that’s a dealbreaker exclude it. Otherwise the burger incudes an onion ring, cheese, pickles, bacon, lettuce and tomato on a decent bun. Best burger ever!!! Thank you Kara and Rakel (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) for your excellent service. 😋
