Empire is an excellent choice for donuts in the city! There are always so many different and unique flavors every day. You are definitely getting what your money is worth here, I haven't seen a small donut yet. The staff are really nice too. They close once they sell out, so don't wait too long.
Some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. The Yuzu Vanilla is especially good, the flavors really shine.
Best craft donuts in Victoria B.C. Super soft, fluffy, and sweet. The donuts are also huge! I normally have to share one or cut in half and save for later. Empire Donuts are yummy! Amy is always friendly too!

Large selection of special flavors here. I enjoy the earl grey flavor. They have delicious quality coffee, no cream, milk or sugar needed. Nice robust flavor of the coffee is a great complement to the donuts.
Tasty vegan donuts! Not mind blowing, but worth getting, even if they're a little expensive. When there's a vegan donut option: you go for it!! There were two flavours for vegans when I visited. Retro style spot.
The donuts are pretty tatsy. I didn't pick them up myself, they were gifted to me. The falvours were unique, such as lemon coconut and Chocolate Sour Cream. Far cry from Timmies boring tastes. However, I did find the pastry a bit oily even for donut standards. The toppings, glazes are size of actual donuts seemed generous which I like. Donuts like this seems like they are worth the calories!
We tried donuts from here and they were excellent! I had an old fashioned glazed as well as a “Homer” donut. Both were great! I look forward to trying others from them.
Empire Donuts are the best donuts in Victoria ..fresh, not too sweet and delicious.
Amazing donuts and well worth every penny. They have many creative flavours. If you are looking for basic donuts then this place might not be what you are looking for but for many creative flavours this is the perfect donut shop! I love the blood orange one but also many others including the Earl Grey etc
