Robbie is THE best server ever! I never go to this location but today I had time to kill so i went in to order a cake pop and a cold drink and he handled a huge order before me plus my order with NO PROBLEM! WOW! such a great experience! FINALLY... What customer service used to be like! Ok Starbucks CEO...keep this guy happy! He's awesome and totally impressed me. Bravo!

Popular spot but with good seating and atmosphere.......(my older review) now however, I went for breakfast this morning and here is a gentleman sound asleep in the bench (see photo)....of course everyone looked but most just grabbed their orders and left....management did nothing....I talked to one of the staff and said it didn't exactly fit with the Starbucks image....another older customer then complained also about it and as it turns out she had been accosted (physically grabbed by the neck etc..staff had to pull him off and call police.) so this additional situation disturbed her understanably so...SO....it appears there might be an issue here at this location with a lack of management policy in this regard but they should get on top of it....it is across from the Eric Martin Pavilion which deals with those with mental imparements so Starbucks should be vigilant.
I will return, but just be aware of this possible issue.
Always feel welcome in Starbucks Stores. The Barista's are great at making you feel right at home. Drinks are delicious and the food is good to. The atmosphere is usually relaxing, unless it is extremely busy. I love the outdoor sitting areas too, as you can sit back and enjoy your surroundings while you sip on a cup of coffee, tea or even a fancier drip like a cappuccino etc.
I love this Starbucks location! My go-to spot, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The baristas go beyond to make each guest feel seen and appreciated. It feels like a safe and accepting place as a queer person. Thank you for your coffees and smiles!
The staff here have the most infectious, incredible energy. Everyone working at 12:30pm on sept 27, 2022 deserves a big fat gold star for their friendly, energetic, genuine, and warm service.
Hands down the best trained staff on the island. Never messed up my order once until today and Jacob quickly rectified the situation with a smile and made my day. Fast, congenial, and professional service.
I placed an order on the app and for some reason it defaulted to another store also on the same street but downtown. I realized this when I was in the store looking for my drink. The staff offered to make my drink anyway without hesitation! That was super nice and I just wanted to leave a comment about how awesome it was

I've been going to this starbucks a long time. It's always been an interesting place due to it being beside a hospital, high school, private school a psychiatric facility. The staff are warm, welcome and inclusive. The new renovation has definitely made it even better, but busier. I love working some weekday afternoons from there and meeting friends for coffees. Great ambiance, fantastic staff and cool community. Keep up the great work guys!
