Love this gem of a place on Blanshard street in the heart of Victoria. Really small cocktail bar but with an amazing selection of alcohol. The bartenders here are absolutely top notch. Super knowledgeable and experienced - really go for it and ignore the menu in favour of bartenders choice. Tell them what you like - spirit forward, spicy, sweet, sour, smoky etc., and name your price.
On my honour as a girl scout, you won’t be disappointed 😉.
If you're coming to Victoria you need to stop at Clarke&Co! The bartenders are awesome, and the drinks are delicious. They don't have a cocktail menu, you basically note what flavor profile you like and the mixologist experts whip up a lovely beverage based on your request/likes.
They make impressive #mocktails! The bartenders are incredibly charming and made us all custom drinks based on our individual preferences. They explained how every drink was made and even showed us the bottles. Loved it. #soberisclassy
Cozy atmosphere with well chosen ambient House music playing in the back ground. As soon as i sat down i was greated warmly by the staff, and Instantly I felt the stresses of the day melt away. Clarck & Co.had a large collection of Single Malts, Irish Whiskey, Bourbon and of course, incredible Canadian craft Whiskies and Spirits produced on Vancouver island.
Vancouver island has been steadily continued to impress global palettes with high quality and standard on offer, from the many dedicated Distillers practicing their craft.
Big shout out to Laura the Manager, who was extremely knowlagable, passionate, helpful and patient in helping me chose a delicious whisky, that paired well with my charcuterie plate.
Sitting front stage, as i watched the Bar staff produce incredible looking cocktails for their egar guest was refreshing, in regards to the enthusiasm they displayed.

Love love love this place. Consistently excellent service and food, and one of the last remaining places in Victoria where you can get food late at night. It's become a favourite go-to for us due to excellent food and personalized cocktails- they are super friendly, take time to get you what you want, and it's all delicious. Nice warm cozy vibe too. Can't say enough good things about this place and no, I don't know the owners but they seem very cool!
Excellent place for drinks. Trendy small bar with an emphasis on specialty cocktails. The pick 3 menu for $30 won't disappoint. We got lured in by the $18 Highland Park Whiskey flight and then had The Mapled Buttered Smoked Old Fashion and Two Smoking Barrels. Both just exceptional and watching them being made was just as great a treat. If you take your libations seriously then definitely give Clark & Co. a try.
What a great find! My husband and I went in to use the washroom and ended up staying. Laura was so warm and inviting. She gave us an education on real cocktails. She asked us what flavors we were looking for and mixed us up original cocktails that were amazing. We will definately be going back.

The space is small and cramped - you will be sitting close to other tables. Other than that, it's an amazing place with creative bartenders who have no issues taking risks. While I may not have enjoyed every drink they served me, I was always impressed with what they could make based on a little or a lot of information. My favourite drink they surprised me with smelled like a camp fire and tasted amazing. (Drink included Smoked with cedar, Chocolate bitters; and Coffee bitters)
Service and atmosphere kept us here. The late night snacks and drinks were delicious too. Smores shaft was worth a try! Loved this cosy space and will definitely be back
