We ordered a couple of trays for a family get together. I did not realize that they needed to be ordered 48 hours in advance and had allowed 24 hours.Contacted Shelby at the Thrifty's Tuscany. She really came through ! Customer service on the phone was excellent. Plus the cheese and sandwich trays were really well presented and great quality. I'll be back again.

Checkout staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I love that I can collect Air Miles at Thrifty and find the stock selection large enough that we don't have to visit 2 or 3 stores to get all of the things that we need.

Really well kept grocery. Great meat department. Everything is displayed so nicely throughout the store. They have a good selection. Two of the cashiers were noticeably distressed, but I blame what seems to be a severe under staffing (common in this pandemic) some problematic customers, and less than enthusiastic management. If we are just scoring based on how well kempt the store is and their prices and selection, five stars.

My favourite grocery store on the island. Prepare to pay a wee bit more, but quality and service makes up for it.

Very nice location on the mekenzie street have food dine in and take away hot plates full selection of grocessiers easy access to buses and very good place for parking contact with customers is less that is the only problem I have seen. Overall satisfactory serving
