Ridia Garden

This place is pretty darn great. The premade sushi here is miles better than fujiya, at comparable prices. Better prices actually. The additions to each box of premade sushi are more generous to boot. The soy sauce is more plentiful, the ginger is fresher and more abundant, and there is supposed* to be a miso soup with all sushi boxes. They don't always give you the miso, in fact, I've had to actually request it MORE than half the times I've purchased from Ridia (I think 7/9 visits they 'forgot'). Still, the sushi is delicious, and the black rice tastes better and has a better texture. I'm skeptical it's any healthier, but it certainly is superior. If they didn't make me feel awkward about requesting my miso every damn visit this would be a 5/5 review. Still, I don't go here for the service. My only other complaint is the wasabi is weak, powerfully weak. don't expect a good nasal punch from their wasabi. I suggest their avocado and salmon / tuna rolls, and their spicy tuna / salmon rolls. I find the california and dynamite rolls to be, subjectively, too 'creamy'. definitely give these guys a shot.

I love their black rice sushi. Very healthy.
