Really terrific sushi! My favourite place on the West Side for sushi. Especially love the rose roll, the specialised garden bowl, and the aburi! Great service as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. My friends and I eat at Red Tuna weekly.
I have regular Friday lunch at Red Tuna for the last 6 months and this is my favourite Japanese place in the area. Their food presentation, its freshness, arrangements and choice of plates make Red Tune to appear like a higher end restaurant. Yes, it’s a small place with simple décor and few staff, yet clean and cozy with attentive service. To judge their culinary capabilities I would suggest to try some items from Aburi menu. Said that, even simple dishes like sunomono, robata or even lunch boxes are very testy and well presented.
In short; food is delicious, well presented and at modest price considering its presentation and size. Definitely my fave Japanese (sic!) restaurant in Kerrisdale.
Average sushi. Ordered box A, sashimi combo B, and chicken udon.
Pros - price, portion & size
Cons - sashimi too soft, sushi rolls too much rice and fake crab meat.
Overall, good price and definitely filling.

Delicious!. Red Tuna has become a regular stop for me on the way home from work. It's very small inside but it's worth squeezing in for. The service is always so friendly (it's a Japanese "Cheers", after visit number 2 they learnt my name and my preferences).
Really good quality sashimi and some nice and interesting rolls too. I really love the Bean Roll; tempura yam, pickled shitake, avocado and cucumber rolled in some sort of bean wrap (not like inari though, it's green, and so tasty).

My favorite Sushi place. This place is my favorite Sushi place in the whole Vancouver!. Great Sushi, great value, very clean place, friendly service. It a small place, and they make you feel like home. The food taste so fresh! My favorite is a Miso soup and Sushi combo cost only $6.95.

Love it.. I adore the people there. The small shop is owned by Korean couple. There sushi is very fresh! Average prices. They add some of their Korean sauce to their food. They are super friendly. I always go back there.
Friendly, delicious and great prices. One of my favourite places in Marpole. Very friendly service and great prices. At lunch they also have a Korean Bibimbap special that comes with miso soup for an amazing price.
Super friendly service, scrumptious sushi and an inviting decor make this tiny place in Marpole a worthy destination. They offered fresh hamachi and red tuna the day we visited, and we were happy to indulge. Custom orders are accommodated without a bat of an eye. We didn't sample any ramen, but a return visit can remedy that!
