Family friendly, my go-to for pho or lemon grass chicken w/ rice. Another popular item on the menu i think is the bbq pork with vermicelli and spring rolls, which i sometimes get.
Great value for the portion they give.

I tried this place via recommendation from a new friend. Its your basic cash only Vietnamese pho shop, but it has some good strengths. Such as very tasty meatballs in their pho dac biet, and a piece of daikon in there as well is a nice touch. My pho came with too much pepper so I will ask for none next time. Also they have massive springrolls if you like vermicelli or rice plate dishes. I would return.
First time here since they changed names. Used to be called Pho Van. Portions are super generous with great prices, however, the large pho doesn't come with enough meat but plenty of noodles. I had the #1 and the rare beef was pretty much cooked. Love the soup though. My friend had the Lemongrass Chicken with Rice and it came with 2 chicken legs. Ample parking on the street or in the lot next to the restaurant. Downside: CASH ONLY.
This is my favourite Pho restaurant in Vancouver. When it comes to price it's very affordable. It's the broth that keeps me coming back to this place. Try their #1 House special and pair it with pork or chicken BBQ - that will surely make your day. The restaurant is very spacious, the servers are loud sometimes but I really don't care, it's the food that I came for.
It's in the broth. I've been coming to Pho Long for over 10 years, even before it was called Pho Long. Why? They have some of the best broth in town going into every piping hot bowl of pho. They've been pretty consistent over the years and keeps my addiction alive and well. Fantastic cha gio (spring rolls) and chicken wings too.
The neon lights and Vietnamese music videos on their big-screen TV makes it feel like I'm back in Vietnam.
Took my wife to Pho Long for her first time. Had great food with awesome iced coffee. Great prices and huge portions. Perfect for a rainy day
My wife and I ordered the pho with everything in it (#1 on the menu; I don't remember the name). It tasted great, and we were both surprised by the portion size. Unfortunately, we didn't see the cash only sign (posted at the far end of the restaurant, away from the entrance), and as I write this my wife is on her way to the grocery store one block away as the waitress told us that is the closest ATM. The service was adequate, the waitress was socially unresponsive, and the pho had some tendon (we ordered the pho without). Overall it was ok. Cost $21 for a large and a small bowl of pho with two Vietnamese coffees (that took over half an hour to filter through).
I'd say this restaurant falls into the 'take it or leave it' category
Pho sure. Great spot for pho. we usually come here the following day with a hangover...nuthin that a good bowl of pho won't cure. i luv the diakon in their pho broths. good lemon grass chicken/pork chop on rice too.
Vietnamese goodness!. One of my favorite spots for Pho, tasty broth, noodles and the beef, tripe are top notch.
Also had the spring rolls and they are authentic unlike some other places I've been to and it's so good though a tad pricey.
Great portion and clean place. We ate in a lot of Viet resturants in Edmonton AB and we thought that Vancouver's Viet Rest would not be as good as ours. Boy...was I wrong. This resturant give customers very big portion on the noodles and very authentic (rice paper) deep fried spring rolls. Loved it.
