Good overall service, a tiny establishment. Good to stop in for a quick snack that's affordable, but not the best sushi you can get in Vancouver.
Such a nice and cute restaurant! The food was super cheap, the owners were friendly and the food came out very quickly. For the price, it tasted very fresh and tasty, i was quite surprised! I will definitely have to come around again, a local gem.
The place is small but cosy. They have very reasonable sushi combos and a variety of bubble tea flavours. The sizes are decent portions and the taste is very fresh-which is very important, in my opinion.
I highly recommend this place as a choice for a light, peaceful lunch.
My favourite things: the Sushi Special and the Mama combo.
Pleasant Surprise. The sushi combos here are a very good value!
1 combo consisted of a dynamite roll, 3 pieces of tuna nigiri, and 3 pieces of salmon nigiri, it was $10 bucks! The other had a crunchy roll, california roll, and salmon roll for 9. We mustve caught them on delivery day too because all the fish was extremely fresh.
Good sushi. Quite nice actually, considering I attend BCIT and I've tried a bunch of local eateries and am not impressed with quality. The sushi was fresh and the spicy tuna roll was excellent! Only draw back is it took them quite a bit to make my order. Otherwise I liked it!
I've been here 3-4 times. Each time I'm in town I make the effort to stop by here. This little hidden gem is the epitome of what Vancouver sushi culture is. One chef in the kitchen, low prices, delicious sushi rolls. Don't let the decor fool you, you will be happy with the results.
