Karaage taken to the next level! Thank you for showing me a better world with the tastiest, most delicious fried chicken.

A neat little eatery on a roof with a wide selection of izakaya treats. You can order and pay on your phone at your seat, some dishes even come with a discount if you do. All the dishes are reasonably priced and even on the cheaper end. I really loved the blend of flavors in the cool eggplant and the black cod was so fatty and tender and generously portioned! I also really enjoyed my melon drink and ice cream, very creamy and refreshing. Service was nice and very fast, we could've been in and out in 45 minutes with how fast the kitchen was, although we ate a bit earlier during dinner when it wasn't as busy, the speed was still rather impressive.

I visited the restaurant on a Thursday night. The place wasn't too crowded and we got a seat by the bar immediately. This was my second time visiting and they rebrand the restaurant from Guu to the current one. The ambience is still nice like previously. You order from your phone and they bring it to your table. Not a huge fan of needing to pay and tip before eating tho. The food itself was unique and flavorful. You can't find some of their dishes from other sushi store/Izakaya. We ordered pork neck, fish collar bone, roasted cauliflower, karage and mackerel pressed sushi. The pork neck and beer tonge were amazing. The karage had crunchy skin and the inside was tender and juicy. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Amazing experience at Haraheri last night! We went on a Friday and we were helped immediately. The restaurant has a cute rooftop vibe and the inside is quite cozy. What I was impressed by, however, was their great level of service and AMAZING, authentic japanese food. The tuna tataki was divine - garlic chips added a nice twist. Chicken karaage was yummy too. The best part of my night was the cajun salmon aburi/oshi - it literally melted in your mouth and the flavours worked perfectly. Absolutely loved it. Staff was extremely friendly & prices were reasonable considering Covid! I will definitely be returning. :)

Good food. Authentic. The Royal Bento is what we came in for and it was good value for the money - CAD27. However, I think they had too many fried pieces in the Bento - they should replace one with maybe sushi.

I came around 2 pm on Wednesday the service a and the attendant was amazing no complains but the best Pat was the food totally Japanese recommended from a Japanese person without disappointment. I try the curry with noodles and was nice till the moment of the oden 5 kinds arrive a perfect combination of flavours and textures I like to call it the sea earth dish

Amazing value Japanese Lunch food! 🍚🍱 The bento boxes are very worth if you want a bit of everything. The prices are fair for the quantity and quality of food. I got a yuzu drink, tako wasabi, and tonkatsu curry. Would highly recommend for casual dining with family and friends! 😊 Fun fact! It's upstairs in the plaza so, it was a bit hard for me to find at first

The lunch Bento box was full of variety and was a well balanced meal. The chicken was my favorite protein of the combo and the tempura was also very good as it wasn't over bartered. I wasn't a fan of their Wagyu meat ball. It tasted like a regular meatball. The salmon oiishi had a very nice smoked taste whole the rice was also seasoned uniquely. It made it more flavorful than other places I have tried. Finally the tuna takaki melts in your mouth and it's also not drenched in ponzu sauce. I do wish there was a bit more of the fried onion for every piece. I found the prices to be a bit on the higher end but with the quality and presentation of the food it is understandable. The restaurant itself is in a really unique place and there is a very nice garden set up outside. I would love to come here again to try the dinner menu.
