Vegan cuisine takes to a new height in Yaletown Vancouver, and it's about time! I am not a vegan, and I will eat at Meet Yaletown anytime!
Vegan is no longer just serving boring salads and adding tofu to substitute for meats on creating an entree. Thanks to Meet expanding to Yaletown, and now we can have "chicken wings", "burgers", "bacon", "cheeses", etc. My motto is "if the food is good, I don't really care if it's vegetarian, vegan, etc.", and Meet Yaletown definitely fulfill that! Thanks, but please bring those onion rings onto your Yaletown's menu, as I don't want to travel to Main Street or Gastown to enjoy them. I am sure the owner is reading this, and I am begging you on those delicious top-notch onion rings please please please!
I have been to Meet a few times and the food is just so good. It is beyond words really but I’ll try. Remember when you were a little kid and you had been outside in the cold all day playing and having fun? So much fun that you forgot to eat but then it started getting dark and your stomach began to growl. You ran home and your mother prepares you a big steaming bowl of macaronni and cheese with a mug of hot chocolate. And the Mac and cheez is just the right amount of cheezy? And it’s like the best thing you’ve ever had that you can eat fast enough. It is like that only vegan so better.
I really like this place and the concept of having everything vegan with non-vegetarian name.
Food is amazing too.
Especially the butter chicken, too good!

Wasn't sure how I'd like this place as I've grown away from eating at all-vegan places and have turned to focusing on venues and cuisines that offer (often more interesting) vegan options. But MeeT is an exception. Their very decadent butter chicken poutine is at once innovative yet still provides the classic vegan comfort that I want. Special regard goes to their house feta - not sure how they make it, but it's to die for. Service was also prompt and friendly.

This is a solid restaurant for vegetarian food! (Didn't check if they're vegan but vegetarian for sure) the price is a bit high considering no meat. The food came in just right portioning and everything tasted amazing. 💖
Great atmosphere, however it did get a bit too dim with not much lighting as the sun went down. This is a great trendy spot for meeting with friends for some tasty healthy vegetarian food! I 😋
Great cocktail menu, excellent starters, healthy and filling entrees that are also delicious. Great service either with QR code or wait staff, allows for online pay from your bill, and a fun space that allows for outdoor dining. Slightly loud space but still worth a visit if you're in the area!
While in the area, I found this place on Maps. We went here during happy hour, and were not disappointed! The only disappointing thing was that there were fruit flies everywhere on the patio.
Justin, our server was very kind. He was also very thoughtful and was preparing our takeout dish closer when we were finishing our food.
He also looks like Rick Astley!! Food wise, they were very cheap, and the taste was pretty good. It was just a bit too salty though. You might want to tell them to easy sauce.
Food was fantastic! In particular the Butter Chicken Poutine and the Cronut were delicious, BUT.....the service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Wendy was incredible. She was busy, and yet we were always well taken care of. She was friendly and attentive and she even took a moment to suggest a few other local vegan offerings! Thank you MeeT, and thank you Wendy <3
Amazing food and service. Visiting from Toronto, and we came here three times during our trip!! Never disappointed, and highly recommended from friends; we’re so happy we came here. Justin and Alice were so kind and the hostess definitely gave us a friendly welcome. I can’t wait to come back to Van just to eat here again!! Fair prices and great portions 😋
Delicious hearty vegan food. We always go to MeeT whenever we visit Vancouver.
The vegan poutine is so tasty. I felt fully satisfied.
Friendly service. A bit pricey! We had two main, one cauliflower appetizer, two drinks. We paid more tha 70 dollars.
A fine place to enjoy a healthy lunch. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere on the patio was excellent. The covered patio is popular, so you may need to come at off-peak times if you want to sit there.
Love this place! First time at the Yaletown location for a weekday dinner. I had their Mac N' Cheez Bowl. Always a favourite, the cashew cheez sauce is delicious! It would be great if it was topped with something crunchy for texture (aside from the scallions included). My friend had the Butter Chikkin, and had no issues with the dish. I ordered the Lemon Tart for dessert, which was a perfect finish. The filling was tart and sweet, but my favourite part was the coconut crust! Good service and very cozy inside the restaurant, which did make it hard to hear and carry a conversation - but the food is excellent!
