First time here on November 26th and we're impressed. Growing up in Vancouver we would go to Chinatown every weekend to go the "club" and shop with my parents in the 70's. I've missed the places of old since none of the restaurants survived. The restaurant brings back fond memories of family and simpler times and even more so with the retro feel. The food is amazing. My dad being an old timer in Chinatown has seen the neighbourhood choices decline over the years. Two years ago Daisy Garden suffered a fire and never recovered. He was so excited to find out some of the staff are here now. He remembers the soy sauce chicken and much to his delight, he had it today. The BBQ is on point, some familiar staff, and great service. Great job by all involved. We'll make sure to make the journey from Surrey often. The only thing missing was the sound of mahjong tiles being mixed from the rooms above.

A beautifully designed new restaurant in Chinatown allowing you to experience authentic dishes in an authentic decor. Please support local - and enjoy their great food. My favorite dishes are the BBQ duck of course, the curry and the gai lan in chili - all three were pure perfection!!! A new favorite for sure!! ***one of the rare places in the area that has a table big enough for 12 people to sit around for a team meal.
