Small cafe that serves Bows and Arrows coffee. Good variety of breakfast and lunch options, mostly sandwiches. Also a small selection of baked goods. Breakfast sandwich was tasty, I added mushrooms to the bacon sandwich, has a spicy mayo spread for extra flavour. Really clean space with great service.

Had a fantastic lunch here the other day. My sandwich was fresh made and really really good. I'm going to have to go back soon they have a pretty large selection of sandwiches I want to try. The table next to us ordered a salad that looked amazing.

Cool, trendy, atmosphere and the lentils soup was perfect ly delicious. Nothing like this in Langford or Colwood. Reminds me downtown Victoria is so much more stylist and chic'.

Amazing place!! It's small, but mighty. Awesome staff!! And their Soba Noodle Salad is incredible. As is the rest of their food. Yum. I hear they do catering as well.

I had a very nice but quick visit to this spot today and enjoyed an iced Americano and fresh muffin. I'll be back again soon! Muffin was moist and delicious and the coffee was great! $6 is a good deal too.

If you are reading this it’s because you are looking for some quality coffee and or food. Well look no further my fellow foodie friend. This place has me hooked. It all started with a chicken and Havarti sandwich, which turned into trying every other sandwich on the menu, which turned into trying everything on their menu, which turned into me basically becoming addicted to the salt and pepper Fox. They are my go to place for my morning latte and unbelievably delicious breakfast sandwich. I’m talking top quality people. Not to mention the owners and employees of this establishment are so friendly and easy to talk to you. I look forward to every visit.

Had a chance to stop in here during a quick visit to Victoria. We tried the egg salad sandwich and the veggie sandwich, both were awesome! Great bread (baked in house apparently) and the ingredients were obviously top quality. Best of all the prices are super reasonable. The space is nice and open with a really friendly vibe.

I love this place! I stop almost everyday before my shift to grab a coffee. The staff are all very friendly as is the owner. The soba noodle salad is a must! I can honestly say I haven't tried much else cause I am just so hung up on that dang salad!! The bacon chive scone is also really good. As is the cinnamon bun if you are lucky enough to grab one.

What a delightful and serene meal. I can't fully convey in words how pleased I was with our latest order. Delivered right to our office, meticulously packaged and assembled, and absolutely spot on. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended. You'd be doing yourself and those with whom you lunch a serious disservice not to try these sandwiches and salads for yourself. The Korean roast beef will bring you tears of joy if yours is half as good as mine was.
