We ate here last night and ordered the Lasagna and The Big Dipper sandwich - I was not a fan of either dish (but that is not any fault of the restaurant or staff - I am just picky and these dishes were not quite what I thought they would be). I did not eat much and when our waitress came over to check on us and asked us how everything was and asked if we wanted anything boxed up to take home - I was honest and said I wasn't a big fan of either dish and that I didn't think I would bother taking anything home with us. She took our plates and came back with the manager (assuming - not 100% sure about that) and they gave us 2 free pizza coupons, a free garlic finger coupon AND 25% off of our bill and all kinds of apologies! Not was I was expecting at all - completely surprised at the customer service (even though we didn't ask for anything like that!) and also super appreciative. Their slogan on the coupons is "We'll make you a fan" and I think they deserve a 5 star review :) I'll definitely give them a second chance and try something else on the menu :)

My friend and I had lunch in Boston pizza on Tuesday, ous server, Andrea Gould was very friendy. And made us feel At home. Our pasta was absolutely delicious. And hot. What a nice change to go to a restruant and have your meal served hot, kudoes to the chef. And to Andrea. We will certainly come back. Thanks for a great lunch
