I got a Pork Chop topped with mapled apples, creamy mashed potatoes and brazed red cabbage and I swear I told the waitress I would lick my plate. My wife's meal of Chicken Breast and mixed green salad was no less amazing. Everything was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked; the caramelized on my chop was perfect and even across the entire chop. The environment is spot on for a fantastic date. If you're a fan of Chives in Halifax, you'll be right at home here. I can't recommend this strongly enough.
