Great people, great snacks and beverages, great atmosphere to relax. Clare is cute and really nice , also has a great smile. Colm is a cool dude with a wicked hair do. I recommend this place. 👌

The staff here is exceptional. A very happy warm place. At the end of the day, a Second Cup is still a mediocre coffee chain, but in my opinion their coffee and food quality is still ahead of other chains like Starbucks and Tim Hortons. I like to grab a morning coffee here most days because it always feels so cheery, even if I only pop in for a second.
I should also mention, they have done a great job setting up the store for social distancing and protecting their staff and patrons.
Excellent location. The staff, especially Anna and TJ, are amazing. They start my day every morning by greeting me with a smile. They must remember the names of 75% of the customers. During the pandemic, they have been my essential workers, thanks guys. Your doing a amazing job.

Visited this location because our regular spot is closed for renovations. It's a large space but could use revamping. Good hours. Friendly staff and customers.
Location is fine. Nothing special because its in a mall. Some locations are more fancy than this one. It does the trick though. Note that it closes at 9pm on Sundays not 11. I went there just before 9 for a late night coffee with someone and we had leave and sit in the car haha. The girl serving us was pleasant though.
