Loved their special of Lindt truffle balls. Pick-ur-own $35 for 100 and $50 for 150. This store removed the mango flavour to make room for the various Xmas flavours. Chocolate well stocked at this location. Ample parking area. It was not offered but was glad to receive five small cellophane gift bags with gold stickers labelled Lindt when I asked. These are great for making individual bags for gifting the 150 chocolate balls I bought. Dislike: One staff was filling the big drawer under the display cubbies by emptying from a carton box of chocolate balls, but she did it quite quickly and many fell on the floor...not sanitary.

5 star service, each of the staff members approached me individually and queried my needs. This store is impeccable inside and outside. Everything is neatly organized. It's a pleasure to shop here over other chocolate shops in downtown and in the bigger malls in the GTA.

Lady who helped me was very nice and it's a great place to shop for chocolates. So many flavours I didn't even know existed! 10/10 experience, no need to buy chocolate anywhere else!

We were there today and OMG the staff were amazing. The customer service is outstanding! Manjula was so great and she took us through all the options and educated us through the process. She was a breath of fresh air to customer service in Canada!

This is the store that I really need to give a full 5 stars. Went there a few times. All the staffs we met are very friendly and helpful! There are varieties of products, such as the truffle balls, bars, and gift boxes. Many of them are not seen in grocery stores. There are different promotions running. Best place for chocolate lovers and this store is a hidden gem in the city.

Very nice shop. Much economical compared to lindt shop in STC. Very good offers were there and much economical for bulk purchases. Very good parking space and the customer executive were really supportive. Recommended

Decent prices and variety. Store was clean. Staff didn't really greet incoming customers and one of them watches you like you're trying to steal something. For some of the items, they were cheaper at Walmart for 10 cents less. It's still a good place to shop for Lindt chocolate.
