It was not offered but was glad to receive five small cellophane gift bags with gold stickers labelled Lindt when I asked. These are great for making individual bags for gifting the 150 chocolate balls I bought.
Dislike: One staff was filling the big drawer under the display cubbies by emptying from a carton box of chocolate balls, but she did it quite quickly and many fell on the floor...not sanitary.
5 star service, each of the staff members approached me individually and queried my needs. This store is impeccable inside and outside. Everything is neatly organized. It's a pleasure to shop here over other chocolate shops in downtown and in the bigger malls in the GTA.
Lady who helped me was very nice and it's a great place to shop for chocolates. So many flavours I didn't even know existed! 10/10 experience, no need to buy chocolate anywhere else!

Great staff. Make sure to check the offers and slabs for various qty/weight. More means cheaper. Amazing collection of chocolates for every celebration.

We were there today and OMG the staff were amazing. The customer service is outstanding! Manjula was so great and she took us through all the options and educated us through the process. She was a breath of fresh air to customer service in Canada!
This is the store that I really need to give a full 5 stars. Went there a few times. All the staffs we met are very friendly and helpful! There are varieties of products, such as the truffle balls, bars, and gift boxes. Many of them are not seen in grocery stores. There are different promotions running. Best place for chocolate lovers and this store is a hidden gem in the city.

Decent prices and variety. Store was clean. Staff didn't really greet incoming customers and one of them watches you like you're trying to steal something. For some of the items, they were cheaper at Walmart for 10 cents less. It's still a good place to shop for Lindt chocolate.
As always Lindt taste really well. Also good deals on bulk buying. Loved the orange flavour of Lindt

I went there for a job. They don't gave me the job but gave me complimentary chocolate both time I visit there. All the staff looks friendly and the way chocolate is placed and the variety is amazing.
My go to everytime, never disappoints, and they always got specials which’s a plus. 😃🙂

I could not believe my eye's on how there are so many different kinds of chocolate to chose from!! I got 100 different kinds.. you must go to see for yourself I recommend the neopaltin and the strawberry and cream one.. i also got the mix ones as well. I recommended this place

place very clean and sanitaiz. very good customer service and help to find what you need.but $$$ expensive and they have different gift and card subject. totally you may have a good tour in side the store. they always help.
