Whoaaa!
I work in the area as a city employee and decided to try something new for lunch so we visited zebu steak bar.
What a treat!
I took the friendly staff’s recommendation and ordered their pork ribs which were insaaaane. The lime in them was unique and really complimented the flavours so it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I also got truffle fries and since it was my first time eating them, it was also insane. Each fry was uniformly cut and had a very nice texture to them. I enjoyed my lunch and it made the rest of my day all the more pleasant.
As an added bonus the wonderful staff gave us a $5 gift card and I used mine on the same day after work to try their bacon wrapped chicken wings. They blew my mind.
Well done Zebu! Your staff and cooks are very talented and I’m glad that my co-workers and I have a new spot for lunch at a reasonable price.
What a great find this place was today for lunch! My food was great, though the real highlights were the BBQ sauce and the brigadeiro. Will definitely be back to try out the whole menu.
Just can’t wait for this place to open. This food truck concept is brilliant and the quality of that food is just mind boggling for such a small truck. Chef Lilian is doing an amazing job... and from what I’ve heard, this place is going to be one of the next hotspot in the CITY, from the decor to the environment and even a self serve wine bar with lovable cash cards TJ be able to try some of the most exclusive wine bottles BY THE GLASS. Can’t wait!
Not a bad place. I, too, went to the food truck as a taster. I had the gaucho sandwich, which has picanha, lettuce, mayo, and red onion. By far, the best part was the meat. Tender, because of the nature of the picanha cut (sirloin cap), it as very flavourful. The downside for me was the use of iceberg lettuce. It's a lettuce that shouldn't be on an item of this quality. You can find this lettuce at McDonald's. If it had a better lettuce, it would have made it so much better! Anyways, I'll be interested to check out the main restaurant when it opens.

Zebu's restaurant will be where Milestone's used to be. It's under construction til May'ish. Until then, they're doing a popup trailer thing. (see photo)
Had the Pork Ribs Sous Vide & Polenta and The Gaucho. Everything tasted great, but the steak in the Gaucho was a little over cooked, making it a bit tough to chew as a sandwich. They should sous vide the steak too.
Considering the serving sizes, was a little on the expensive side, but worth it as a treat.
Wow. I had the burger. One of the best burgers I ever had. Amazing. No picture because it was that good. Love it. A great deal for a burger of that quality. Excellent chef!!
The ambiance is beautiful! and the food is so good. I highly recommend the house made vegan burger. Hats off to the Chef!
