Absolutely LOVE this place...Their ready made fresh pressed juices are absolute lifesavers, and absolutely delicious. Their combinations are honestly so delicious...our favourites are the Sour Shower, there's one with tumeric, pineapple and carrot...another with Pineapple, swiss chard....their green juices are equally yummo. My hubby's favourite right now is their cocoa cashew. The people of Refuel are as genuinely friendly and as lovely as they come. Always a pleasure to drop in. AND they even take back your empties to reuse! Every aspect of this little shop, from their juice combinations, their smoothie suggestions, to their packaging encourages a healthy body AND a healthy environment. So glad these guys opened so close to my work!
First time visiting Refuel today! I was greeted by a very friendly face and he helped me out and answered all my questions patiently. At the end, I picked up a bottle of Kale Kraze and was very impressed by it. Great product, great service all around. I'm going to be a returning customer for sure! :)

I am in Davisville a lot and I've walked past this place a few times and wanted to try it out for a while. This week was perfect, because I literally needed to inject myself with green juice. I ordered their cleanse, not because I planned on drinking juices all day for one day but because I wanted to try a selection of their juices. Usually I blend my veg at home with at least one (okay two) types of fruit, their Supa Green, is super but hardcore (romaine, arugula, kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon & ginger) as is the Sour Shower (lemon, grapefruit & beet). Both went down well though. Their Cinnamon Cashew milk is so good, I'm going to do yoga-barre and Pilates today, just so I can have the incredible giant post-workout smoothie I have been dreaming up. Anyway, I'm on a bit of a healthy high after my Kale Kraze (kale, spinach, celery & Apple), so I should go workout now. I'm pretty sure Sweet & Spicy and Beet Blast will be just as delicious, you can't go wrong with apples, carrots and beetroot.
