I was here at 4 to 5 p.m. on a Thursday and it was not at all crowded. I like the extra seating upstairs with a view to down below. Also there is a row of seats along the big glass windows.
Great service! The staff are all seriously amazing at this location. A super sweet employee made me feel safe in an uncomfortable situation. He made sure I was okay and was extremely thoughtful, professional and courteous.

Aside from having amazing staff, this location is always clean, cozy and feels welcoming, well managed and well maintained. The atmosphere is great! Perfect for working, doodling or having coffee with friends or solo.

Turkish coffee has a nicer, strong taste! Maybe it's my buds, but the coffee(med. Roast) tastes kinda burnt. I won't outright blame Bucky's... They're American born...I'm Canadian and used to a different taste.
Busy for seating quite often, butt I'm able to do my thing undisturbed and the servers are precise polite and prompt...props for that ladies n guys
A bustling Starbucks, with nice second floor seating. Can get quite busy at times, and sometimes mobile orders can be delayed — but only because it’s such a popular location. High volume = high product turnover = fresh coffee!
This is the FIRST TIME EVER that I have asked for decal and been told I can have decaf any way I want. Bonus points. THANK YOU SO MUCH. it was around 6 p.m. I ordered a tasty decaffeinated caramel macchiato. Why 4 🌟 - this location has been reconfigured and has zero ambience. Lovely staff though.
Finally a positive review! From me 😂 to the girl working there who i chatted with about the lonely single banana sitting in the mobile order slot. and I mentioned that bananas actually counter attack the effects of caffeine overdose , you make a great custom cold brew! (Believe me many people mess it up, yeah) keep up the good work. Also the rest of the staff are always pleasant. I know the business can be draining and get you down. I very much enjoy having my coffee and sketching or reading there.
Good service and good vibe. This Starbucks has plenty of sitting room, it doesn't feel tight like most spots in the city, and the music and air conditioning felt really good.
Great location. Staff are always friendly. Sitting space is at a premium and it's rare to find a seat if you want to sip your coffee in house.
Nice latte, asked for it in a mug and sat and had myself a lovely coffee in the cozy upstairs. Nice staff, well made coffee, clean chill space. Good going!
