Can't say enough good things about this place! Food is healthy and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. So nice to have gluten-free-vegan options in Commerce Court! Just diving into Mediterranio Bowls...Amazing! Anything with the shiitake mushrooms serves as an exceptionally convincing substitute for chicken, if abandoning your carnivorous ways feels a little bit daunting at first

I came to visit with my family I am a vegetarianfrom the UK, my nice a meat eater and the 2 others vegan. We had Nachos and Poutine which were nice, then a mix of burgers and power bowls. It was all presented well and good value. The disappointment was dessert � we had cheesecake, chocolate and banana pudding and brownies. My brownie was the best the others left there. Shake your pudding menu up please the rest was fabulous
