Both C and I ordered the bun rieu and I have to say, it was way much better than the one I had at Banh Mi Bar! It was light and not too oily along with stewed tomatoes that contributed a slightly tart and natural sweetness to the dish. However the soup was a bit salty for my taste and there was too much broth for the amount of noodles and meat in the dish. I also found that since the soup had been modified to be healthier, the broth doesn't have as much depth of flavor as the ones I had in Vietnam. But I supposed this will have to do if you are craving for bun rieu and unwilling to travel outside of Toronto.

We had the pho ...chicken and pho beef soup. Was very tastey, I would go again. Different system - order as you come in and go sit a wait. They bring it out to you.

This place is a great place for pho. Not sure about the negative reviews its getting but I've eaten here now a few times and the pho is fresh, the dishes are truly delicious and service is truly with a smile and professional. The environment is my favourite thing about this place compared to other pho houses or canteens.  This is a tasty place to eat at and its about time we got a pho house in the King West area.  Of course the restaurant is new but any criticism from other reviewers seems like they should be eating a momofuko or Lee where the service is truly questionable.  Stop hating and support this place because they deserve it.
