I always come to this cozy restaurant. They stay late at night during the weekends. Awesome place for dinner, they have very delicious food specially the chicken shawarma.

Pita-Q is a hardworking pocket outlet by the Y on the SW corner of Bloor& Spadina with a fast moving crowd, fresh food and cheerful staff. In addition to fresh wraps the owner now has delicious home made lentil soup a sampler of which is pictured - Delicious!
First thought it was Pita Pit. But this place is hands down the best place to have a shawarma on Bloor Street. Friendly staff. Lots of sauce. Great price.
Such delicious shawarma with a great selection of salads and sauces to go with it, pretty good value for money as you get change from $10 for a meal. Staff could be a bit more attentive but you come for the food, not for the service.
If you are ever craving chicken shawarma, this is the place to go. The chicken is exactly how you would want it to be in a wrap. Moist, flavourful, slightly crispy on the outside. The hot sauce is great, adds a flare to the shawarma.
Build your own salad is a great feature of pita q, add some chicken or beef to it or just have it plain, there is a vast amount of other toppings you can add to it as well - hot sauce for one and it goes pretty well with the meat.
This location however, never has the soup on the menu. We're not sure if they just don't make it or if they run out regularly but every time we've been there - no soup.
Overall, a great place for a cheap and quick shawarma.
A couple years ago when I was staying downtown, I would always drop by Pita Q to pick up a chicken platter. Their chicken was always fresh and their garlic sauce was so delicious. There were several occasions when the taste wasn't consistent, but overall I always enjoyed their food. Whenever I’m in the area, Pita Q is my go-to fast food joint.
